I’ll sum that article up to a person with mental illness. There are different types of mental illness and bias. For instance non hostile mental illness and hostile mental illness. This person appears to lean toward hostile.

Instead of thowing a word for it although people should do a little research if exposed to this person so they can learn ways to deal with him if they can’t simply tell  him to get help or get lost. This person  shouldn’t be working with the public if what ever he is bias of is around to bother. Like schools and other social job where also ” niceness” is a desired quality.

The primary psychological term for assuming that everything another person does is intentional, calculated, or driven by a hidden motive is intentionality bias (or hyper-intentionality). When this shifts into constantly judging other people’s behavior as hostile or manipulative, it ties closely to a hostile attribution bias or general attribution bias.
