Good thing you listened. If he was warning you it was for good reason.
So far I’ve been lucky, my BP stays low no matter what but does go to about normal if in significant in pain which means it’s up but no one would know lol I worried about it being too low if something happened. There’s other ways to harm yourself though with work like refusing to stop and get lighter duty with CMT and compensation causing stress on other places like your back but doesn’t bother me too much. Lots of ways. But if you don’t listen or know you only have yourself to blame.
I was THE top producer for my company, at the very top of my career, so I gave my notice, applied for Canadian immigration which was granted almost immediately, and in September I drove the Alcan Hwy from Alaska with all my worldly goods and immigrated at Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory. Now, over 50 years later, living a stress-free life building a large BC Cattle ranch, my BP is consistently ~ 110/60 with a pulse of 55. Life is BEAUTIFUL! That’s Silverngold!

BREAKING: Iran has attacked and hit two UAE national tankers, the Mombasa (Oil) and Al-Bahiya (LNG), with cruise missiles in the southern passage of the Strait of Hormuz within Omani territorial waters, causing material damage and a fire in both tankers, per UAE Ministry of Defense.
One crew member of Indian nationality was killed on the Mombasa, with eight injured, including four in serious condition.
There’s a reason as we get older it’s better we try to avoid too much stress because it’s gonna come and go anyways so why ask for more. Unless they find something in Grahams system that doesn’t belong there and have doubts because he’s pro war like Zelensky and that saying live by the sword die by the sword he died doing what he liked to do. It would seem more concerning if it was something he didn’t want to do. I bet he volunteered to go to Ukraine.
There are certain drugs that can cause a aortic rupture including antibiotics like Cipro and anyone with high BP should watch out always check. Some illegal drugs too like meth and cocaine.
In Grahams case it’s possible but there’s other things that can set it off like stress and cortisol and hormones imbalance weakening the artery wall also with increased BP.
Since they didn’t get him to the hospital immediately to experienced qualified cardiologist since this was way over the heads of emt im wondering if they thought it was a heart attack like MI and treating it as such instead when the aortic tear depending on he severity how much time you have to fix it was bleeding out so the body tries to stop it by forming clots they may have mistaken for a MI.
It was possible it was cortisol stress related contributed with sclerotic arteries and high or elevated at the time BP.. blood pressure. That’s a long distance guess. Excuse Auto incorrects
Since I’m not willing to accept either of those “sure things” until I have no choice, with the help of my Higher Power I have chosen to diversify in as many ways/directions as possible, knowing that some will win but some probably won’t. In the mean time I can eat well and sleep soundly, I can laugh and enjoy life and living, knowing I have done my best to financially protect those I love, and I am free to help my friends on their organic farm (right now we’re processing Russian Garlic), and my other friends on their cattle ranch, helping with their irrigation and haying, and my life continues to be SilvernGold!
I’m currently watching over a kid with a likely HMPV virus as these kids especially girls only want what tastes good vs explaining their body and immune system needs nutrition.
But with all the rain now and will come in El Nino with it will come West Nile. Try to keep untreated standing water away from you and away from mosquitos.
Nevermind, they’re promising shares to DOW I look at like dilution and cash issues.
You can check it yourself it’s called TMQ
Wall street calls it a buy but IMO after this war and fear of interest hikes maybe not now.
Wall Street analysts generally consider Trilogy Metals (TMQ) a moderate to strong buy, holding a consensus price target of $7.75. This suggests a potential upside of more than 140% from its recent price hovering near $3.20.
The bullish sentiment is largely driven by the company’s Alaskan copper-cobalt assets and strategic interest from the U.S. government, which holds an equity stake in the mining firm
. However, the stock can be highly volatile and is currently trading well below its 52-week high of $11.29.

I think I have like 50 shares too much left of that stock meaning I shouldn’t of ignored stop loss percentage for the rest when it started heading down. All it does is hold you hostage and like you mentioned yourself they might use it to short. The producers have a better chance but these explorers and start ups have a lot of hoops to jump through that could go on for years. I have another one can’t remember the name at the moment too much going on also a start up that was actually staying in the green while the others sold off that finally started down a bit. This one was one of the ones Trump dubbed as necessary. Plus Trump I think is helping the best he can to expedite the paperwork. I’ll see if I can send you some info. After it started heading down after the others but not by much I sold all but 5 shares so I don’t forget about it when things get going again. Otherwise your money is just held hostage while the shorts have a field day. I get a few of auto incorrects on this site.
I picked up some Swiss francs with woman on the front and the cross on the reverse it reminds me of nurses. We might have to wait 4 yrs or so for PMs to double from here when big money buys up all the industrial phyzz as well as the central banks.
If they offer gold backed treasuries I wonder how that’s gonna work.
It’s down about 53% since January 28. I own it as well, and I find it fascinating that some of these CEO’s are trying to drum up some interest in their stocks. But at the same time, no one mentions anything about how they’re going to overcome the tactics that the scum use ( naked shorting, algorithms that have zero interest in cash flow etc.). Is that because these mining companies are beholden to these same financial sources that only care about power and enriching themselves??
Want to get as much cash out of the system as they can. I got a package of auto parts on Sat and another one coming today. So the bank lowered its amounts you can buy so I just bought from two different places.

BREAKING: Trump announces the US is reinstating the blockade on Iranian ports, ships and customers declaring that the US will now be “known as the Guardian of the Strait of Hormuz,” and charge a 20% cargo shipping fee on every ship.
Trump added in a separate interview that the US will “take over the Strait of Hormuz” and “run it.”
I guess we’ll find out. The article that said Kharg was attacked said the targets were pumping stations and loading facilities which would stop the Iranians from loading ships but leaving all the refinery and storage tanks alone … leaving something for the Iranians to lose if they want to continue the war.
I don’t think God was to happy with his path. I. Don’t think there was a war he didn’t like. Like he was angry all the time. Apparently didn’t manage his BP well. According to the article I read they got there in time but instead of getting him to the ER immediately and managing on the way As in pain, clotting, BP they were with him 25 minutes when he was having chest pain and cutting off oxygen to his heart you don’t mess around and after 25 minutes he went into cardiac arrest.
