The nearer future will have better prospects than others. Declining population due to having less kids will be everywhere except parts of mid east and Africa. These so called advanced states instead of limited vetted immigration and making it family friendly as safe  economically and politically they just chose immigration. Look up world population by 2021. By then even the Chinese population will have peaked and  will decline significantly while Africa population is growing since expansion if modern medicine and industrial nations. Back in the 1650s when the population of the guidestones it only represented about 15 percent of I remember.

Think Europe has unmanaged unvetted mass immigration  now, wait till 2021. Again instead of family planning and raising tax payers they let in tax absorbers, crime and non assimilating  invaders with their own agenda  currently.

Some US states the young may have more opportunities by 2030 as the last of the boomers retire while a handful of  others will see increased migration to their states and cities and being priced out of housing will only get worse.

The U.S. population is projected to reach approximately 344 to 349 million people by 2030. This represents a significant slowing of growth, driven by falling birth rates and shifting immigration levels.
Key demographic milestones expected by 2030 include:
  • The “Graying” of America: By 2030, all baby boomers will be 65 or older, meaning more than 20% of the population will be in retirement age.
  • Primary Growth Driver: Starting around 2030, annual deaths are projected to outpace natural births. Consequently, immigration will overtake natural increase as the main driver of U.S. population growth.
The U.S. Census Bureau provides official national demographic estimates and historical data used to track this growth. Additionally, non-partisan groups like the Congressional Budget Office regularly update detailed demographic outlooks based on immigration and fertility trends.
The projected population for the United States in 2030 is approximately 349.6 million.
The top five most populous states are projected to be California (~40.3 million), Texas (~33.9 million), Florida (~25.3 million), New York (~19.6 million), and Pennsylvania (~13.2 million).
Projections indicate an overall U.S. population growth, primarily driven by international migration, with a continued demographic shift toward the South and Mountain West. The population totals by state for 2030 are as follows:
  • California: 40,371,905
  • Texas: 33,953,682

Yeah, I’m waiting for the move too. I’ve been waiting for 25 years. We get a year of strength and then right back in the tank. Would be fine if it happened every couple years but it happens every 10 years.

I think it’s just collapse insurance. The shares aren’t anything but money pits. Exhausting.

I have no proof of this at all, other than mkt observation….I think we have large shorts in PM shares vs the metal, we have large shorts on PM shares and those positions are being added to as protection, through out the day, to keep the mkt looking lousy and to depress sentiment.

The chart below shows how the mkt attempted to break out to the upside, but was too extended to carry, the action I see since is the mkt building the power to take that top line of resistance out and then attack the Highs……

I am waiting the move…..

Re the US Civil war the north won. Re the Vietnam War the north won. Re South Korea? I hope North Korea some day wins and takes it over. All they do is make cheap stuff that we import and it puts Americans out of work. China is the next big pig at the trough gobbling up all our US Dollars and building up the defenses and raising their peoples living standards, as ours go down.  .

🚨 SOUTH KOREA JUST PROPOSED TAXING UNREALIZED GAINS.

And this is one of the major reasons behind today’s massive selloff in the Korean market, now being called BLACK TUESDAY in Korea.

At a forum hosted by South Korea’s ruling Democratic Party, lawmakers called for comprehensive taxation that would treat unrealized gains on stocks and real estate as taxable income, even before the asset is ever sold.

The sector sucks period.

According to Chat GPT we suck because of 4.5% rates and pm’s don’t pay interest. Well neither do these effing shares, regardless of profits.

They trade these like gold is going to $3k and silver $40. They probably will. What’s to stop the selling?

I’m back to wishing I had dumped everything back in February. What garbage.

When I’m at this point they might bounce for a day or two, before heading straight back down.

ChatGPT When will Gold start going back up again.

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 13:41 on June 23, 2026

Nobody knows for sure.

Gold has been under pressure recently because the U.S. dollar strengthened and investors are worried the Federal Reserve may keep interest rates higher for longer. Higher rates generally hurt gold because gold pays no interest.

If rates stop rising, the dollar weakens, or geopolitical tensions increase, gold could start moving up again. Many analysts remain bullish on gold over the longer term despite the recent correction.

My brief view: gold looks more likely to resume its uptrend sometime in the second half of 2026 than to enter a long-term bear market, but expect volatility and possible further weakness in the near term.

If you own gold miners rather than physical gold, tell me which stocks and I can give a brief opinion on them.

Yes: agi ag drd nak hl cde asm rgld sbsw

Of the miners you own, my brief ranking for a gold/silver rebound would be:

  1. Alamos Gold (AGI) – One of the strongest operators. Recent drop was due to mine-specific problems, not a collapse in gold prices. If gold rises, AGI could recover strongly.
  2. Royal Gold (RGLD) – Lower risk than miners because it’s a royalty company. Usually performs well in gold bull markets.
  3. First Majestic Silver (AG) – More leveraged to silver. If silver breaks out, AG could outperform many gold miners. Analyst sentiment remains generally positive.
  4. Hecla Mining (HL) – Strong silver exposure; can be volatile but has substantial upside in a precious-metals rally.
  5. Coeur Mining (CDE) – Higher risk, higher reward. Often moves sharply when gold and silver are strong.
  6. Avino Silver & Gold Mines (ASM) – Smaller company; can move dramatically in a silver bull market.
  7. DRDGOLD (DRD) – Solid dividend payer but generally less explosive than some miners.
  8. Sibanye-Stillwater (SBSW) – Depends heavily on platinum-group metals as well as gold; more complicated story.
  9. Northern Dynasty Minerals (NAK) – Essentially a permitting/political speculation on the Pebble project, not a normal producing miner. Highest risk of the group.

If gold starts moving back toward its recent highs, I would expect AGI, AG, HL, CDE, and ASM to be among the strongest movers, while RGLD would likely be the steadiest.

I don’t know why they would want it to fail. He is moving forward in science and technology and will put the money back into his projects, not just spend it to buy people like so many others.  Although competition is good too, like the next IPO coming up. It motivates the competitor more so the one that leads and can help the consumer too. Unfortunately for every good evil follows that will try to weaponize it we have to watch out for.
