They started using them in long term care and rehab hospitals because they were getting all this foreign help to keep wages down and fill in shortages but they started piling in and they weren’t giving all their meds out so they started using bubble packs. I remember working in one asked to go there twice to straighten out issues but for wounds. I was in a group of people and a consultant came to me ask me how can we prove their not giving the meds after a RN over heard one of them saying he just throws it in the trash. They were even throwing out papers on new order then saying a person never did them getting the wrong people in trouble including labs they needed attention. “ lazy” Pretend there busy working doing nothing. I told the consultant to due labs check their levels. Levels proved they weren’t giving them. People got fired others got warnings and I had a lot of people angry after me lol
