If your on the cost of Washington a big storm heading your way. Maybe SNG too and Oregon even Calif but particularly Washington and all those trees to but the waves so watch out.

More gas statistics I remember.

Posted by silverngold @ 14:03 on September 25, 2023

When I started driving in in California in 1957 gas was 15 cents per gallon.

When I left Alaska in 1975 Gasoline had just increased to $1.00 per gallon.

When I arrived in BC Canada in 1975 gas was only 44 cents per imperial Gallon  (5 quarts) or 33 cents US equivalent.

Yesterday gas in BC Canada was $1.89 per liter which equates to about $7.50 per US Gallon or $9.45 per Imperial Gallon..

No consideration has been given for exchange rates which have reversed from about 1.35 one way to 1.35 the other during that time FWIW!

FWIW…

James Kunstler is on a real tear this week.

Once fringe “conspiracy” vapors are suddenly very real and solid.

The Covid crap rolls on.

I wonder if silver and gold is going to diverge this time. Hope I have time to watch.

Gas prices in California where I’m at is about 5 dollars plus or minus. More than DC that caused it thanks to taxing which Newsom increased.

Those close to the border can get it for 1.4 a gallon in Mexico although in their currency it’s expensive.

Keep that in mind because Gruesome Newsom is still in heat over the White House seat.

Supposedly vetoed a bill that would give teachers and the state the right to steal children from their parents who don’t affirm any delusional ideations about transgenderism they’re getting from these schools. Then hand them over to the so called medical industrial complex profiting of it.

So he still has aspirations.

At what point will states break from some city’s and further grouping to succeed as states.

Shorts in many sectors are topping today or close per indicators perhaps temporarily. But downward pressure on the SM still looks strong.

Then we have congress threatening to shut down the Gov. over the Demos endless spending of our tax dollars at any chance they get but is it all for show.

The market and its slow walking is boring right now.

I’m just planning some stocks ahead of time even if I get in a little early.

10 yr set to breach 4.5%

Dollar starting to get some traction. More of the same, but we’ll see whether they can flush some SM shorts today.

Copper shares heading south, not sure what copper is doing, but I’d assume it’s down.

We watch another day go by, endlessly drifting lower. SM just picked up some steam to the downside, not sure why. Maybe because it’s 70% overvalued?

Believe it or not, gas was down $.13 in our area last week from $3.65 to $3.52. Not sure why.

Just bring the collapse of everything already. This gets boring.

I know nothing about them, how they work or if the color blue doesn’t ignite. However I didn’t believe it either because I saw enough of the pattern of the fire, the winds blowing trees bending almost to the ground and witnessed first hand how fast fire can come down a mountain like a rocket and even faster than the eyes it can see carry embers until you see fire around you wondering how it got there. I read one of the survivors say the same thing: He didn’t even see the fire come down it was so fast they didn’t know what hit them but all of a sudden there was fire all around him and he knew to put a rag in his mouth the had in his back pocket. The only reason I saw it was because I was on the ground a distance away from the at 15 yrs old walking home from school with better than usual hearing and heard  strange crackling sounds almost like fire crackers  at the top of the mountain and looked up to see it come down like a jet and sounded like one too. It was terrifying. I was right in its path but on the ground and brush cleared up to near the homes behind me except for a few things suddenly on fire  I don’t know for sure if it was as fast as blinking your eyes once or twice but it was that fast.
Yea I’ve seen a fire tornado but only on video.
If it was this Dew it wouldn’t of happened that fast to ignite everything at once then the fire would of been sporadic.

Blue lasers did not burn Lahaina, Maui.  That conspiracy theory sucked in a lot of otherwise smart people.  But NOBODY figured in the amount of raw power it would take to get a laser thru 185km of atmospheric attenuation with enough burning power arriving on the ground to accomplish the ‘wonders’  of burnt Lahaina.  Some really smart, and skeptical, friends and I figured the power needed is in the MEGAWATTS.  It would take a nuclear power plant in orbit to drive such a laser.

Now… such weapons DO exist, but they are ground-based with a big powerplant backing them up.

Wind driven firestorms can, and do, make all kinds of strange actions that are just not intuitive to the standard mental image of a ‘big fire’.  So people make up sh!t to explain what they do not understand.  Ever seen a fire tornado?  In one video of Lahaina I saw one house untouched while everything around it burned to the ground.  And the house was NOT blue.  The blue umbrellas were commercial grade heavy, and probably have a tag stating they are ‘fire resistant material’ as some local fire codes will require.  And it all depends on how the winds whirl.
