I’ll try not to break my arm patting myself on the back. 🙂
What Schiff said makes a lot of sense. The Fed and Treasury are now (again) picking winners and losers. They’ll print like Schiff said and continue to debase the dollar for certain banks. Rob Portman the RINO Senator from Ohio asked Yellen if that meant they would be backstopping every bank that goes bust, even the small banks in Ohio and she explicitly said “no, not all”.
Let’s hope we’re not going to get Charlie Brown’d again.

Schiff said it best when he told me, “Your bank won’t fail, but the money in your bank WILL fail.” He’s referring to the fact that the Fed and Treasury will print and distribute whatever funds are necessary to keep the banking system afloat, but the value of the dollar will plummet as a result.

Two huge days this week, unprecedented in goldbug history.
I believe we will have another one of these nice moves within the next 3 days that’ll take the HUI back to the 250-265 area for a short pause.
I’m claiming guru status for the day. After Monday’s big move I said we would have another big day either Thursday or Friday. I thought it would be Thursday, but today works.
As you can see, I’m so confident in my work that I put next week’s prediction in bold, italics! If any of you would like to my further comments and real time stock picks, just send cash or money order for $99.99. It comes with one free mining stock guaranteed to gain 50% over the next 12 months!

“Comparison is the thief of joy”
I’m not sure what’s going on with Bitcoin but it sure is on fire.
If folks are going to load up on Bitcoin rather than gold more power to them.
So, these regional banks are still getting crushed today. First Republic had 11 banks pony up $30 Billion and their stock is still getting hammered. Why? I thought everything was fixed.
It’s Friday, I wonder if we’ll find out if there are any more broken banks over the weekend.
We’re finally getting the kind of moves we’ve been hoping for all these years. I hope this is it, there is nothing currently out there that I can see that is a negative for gold. Interest rates were the last hurdle and the Fed is done, whether they think so or not.

I wonder if that will draw some more money into our pm’s?
Helluva week. Believe it or not I think we’ll get another one of these days next week. We are in the best spot I’ve seen since 2001-02′. GDXJ up over 7%, outperforming the HUI which is up 6%.
The big story IMHO is silver acting like a monetary metal, cousins platinum and palladium are down. Palladium all the way back to the $1300’s.
$2K breached. So long since we’ve seen a $60 up day.

especially when Bitcrap is out performing even Silver…then again, as long as that continues then one can be assured the insanity that is driving PM’s higher, is still rampant….but it is still utter shiite.

Minnesota Nuke Plant Admits To 400,000 Gallon Leak Of Radioactive Water
Minnesotans are wondering why state regulators waited months to inform the public that hundreds of thousands of gallons of radioactive water leaked from Xcel Energy’s Monticello nuclear power plant.
Minnesota Department of Health released a statement Thursday about Xcel’s efforts to clean up 400,000 gallons of the water containing tritium that leaked from a water pipe running between two buildings at its plant.
Xcel first reported the leak to the Minnesota Duty Officer and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in November, but the spill was only made public this week.

“i bet it a dismissal offence to put a buy rec on miners”
No doubt! The PMs-miners scare the PTB! They know their paper is ultimately worthless.

Amazing how poorly the miners are doing considering the high metals prices. Some of them are losing money still!
At least the Fed interest rate Boogieman has taken a long vacation!
out for a bit

really ready for the miners to run and for the metals to get them going. Hard to believe that the HUI has been above 600 twice in the last 20 years, and now sits at 230. Just back to 600 would be nice.
Silver under attack right out of the gates, shares too.

I’m ready for the miners to run, including the juniors. If a junior has a good project then I don’t think financing is a problem right now. It looks like the Feds are going to be shoveling cash out for the foreseeable future. Having said that, yes there is a general problem for the juniors if money gets tight.
Many juniors-explorecos fade into nothingness. It’s only the few that do great which have kept me afloat. Stocks like Skeena, Newfound Gold, West African Resources and Snowline Gold have really done well. Of course you need to buy them early and sell a bunch when they run big. Most of them come down quite a bit off a peak. Takeouts at a premium are a bonus.
