Interest rates are going nowhere ,just minor increases that stop as soon as the economy falters .Inflation is currently 20 t0 30 % higher and no sign of the economy faltering as long as shortages exist brought on by Russian goods being blocked .Grain ,fertilizer ,oil all are in demand inflation,not supply …..Higher prices ,less goods available.
