@goldi @Maddog Roger, Thanks for the comebacks

Our true unelected “leaders” the Mass Media got us to use seatbelts and stop smoking. That was good. But why didn’t their Media tell us decades ago, to avoid unnecessary international business and pleasure travel? Avoid imports? But they promoted them. I keep hearing starting with Obama…”We are all in this together”. Thanks a lot pal. 🙂

You guys remember my Titanic Economy post? The Four Wheel Drive Economy post? The Spruce Goose Economy????

As long as it’s just a fever he’s still okay. Just push fluids to keep him hydrated. Remember what they said about the ibuprofen to take Tylenol instead if no liver problems.
Your brother should be isolated in a room and use a bathroom no one else uses. Least contact from his wife. To the point since she has kids don’t even go in the room if he’s able to take care of himself, leave food drinks by the door ?
Uses only plates glasses for him.
They can also face time on phone. She needs to watch for any change of condition.
Wife should not sleep or be in the same room and care taken now she could have it. Washing hands when preparing foods and stick with hot foods instant heat up type safer wear a mask when preparing for kids.
Wash all counters and anything he would touch including car down with Lysol bleach whatever she has then hands. Wear mask playtex gloves. Wash cloths separate get hot in dryer.
Your mom should try to stay in her room too and maybe wear a mask. Can they sew?

See if she can get a vitamin c pak treatment as a precaution. Barring that zinc tablets and drinking tonic water (quinine), along with a strong supplement regiment is best. It’s all about prevention.

Cheers

I have read tons on the virus and one thing stands out, some people get it very bad, other not too bad, other hardly at all. There is so far no admitted criteria as to why, it sure hits the elderly especially those with underlying conditions…but not all.

I know of 4 people who have had it, none bad…….why some people are so vulnerable is the major question.

Good day but at the risk of

Posted by Buygold @ 15:19 on April 2, 2020

getting too personal my brother has the virus and has for six days now. Being treated with the malaria/z-pak/zinc combo. Still at home fortunately and fever came down for the first time yesterday. He has a wife and 3 beautiful daughters.
What’s worse is that my 82 year old mom lives with him.
My brother is the head of nursing at a prison in California.

I don’t know how to help them. I can send money. My mom says she’s ok but I can sense the fear in her voice.

Crazy times.

Yeah it does that’s bad. What are they up to? Or who is behind the scenes. Pharma? Soros Gates., a cure would hurt Gates bottom line and anyone who went in on his vaccine. Somethings wrong.
With Hydroxychloroquine you do have to watch heart rhythm in some people but that seems to be about it since used for only a short duration and others that need it for other things been on it longer.

Yes it’s very possible it’s airborne. I wouldn’t rule it out. Why is it someone on a plane van give it to someone they never touched. Cruise the same. During SARS outbreak people gave it to people that were across a hall they didn’t meet.
A apartment building in China was isolated because the virus was coming through the bathrooms on one side of the building.
The virus is small and light like a pollen or smaller so very possible it could float around for awhile.
Good idea for those who are asymptomatic but even then if they’re not touching anything if it wasn’t airborne why worry about it.. think about it.
Saw one Texas city now putting out a 1000 fine of your not wearing some kinda mask while out. That might be a problem for those with more severe breathing problems like COPD, asthma and more to wear for long durations. Same time they are higher risk.

There’s some really smelly games going on with the Malarial drugs….the UK has just banned their use, except in trials, which will take months and they are only some of 1000’s of drugs they are testing…….it stinks…big time.

@Nurse Goldlocks re 13:34 Hydroxychloroquine And Cuomo

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:59 on April 2, 2020

My friends daughter is a nurse in Texas. She said a young guy came into the hospital, coughing and trouble breathing. They set him up with a machine right away and he was dead in two hours. All the nurses are scared stiff say they didn’t sign up for this crap.

She also said we should where the masks outside too. Some people are starting to think this crap is floating in the air like dust particles. Yesterday I heard Trump say they were thinking about masks for everyone in certain areas, but at the same time resist recommending that because it would make a worse mask shortage for health care providers.

Do you think its possible we are dealing with dried up virus spores, floating around, waiting to land on a moist surface to grow????? I’ve heard we have to watch out for dried up mouse dropping spores.

Crude oil etf

Posted by redneckokie1 @ 14:55 on April 2, 2020

I have a few bucks in an etf for crude oil x3. Crude oil is up $5.00/bbl and the etf is in the red. I think maybe it’s time to totally abandon ALL forms of paper.

Anybody know any pm dealers actually selling. Wanka started years ago that a pm dealer properly hedged makes more money on the downside than up. Quit selling the phiz and collect on the hedge.

The local economy here is tanking. Oil and gas tanked, wheat tanked, and cattle trading limit down again. When the housing skid starts it may be a fast ride to the bottom

Healthcare’s a dangerous job right now, no doubt! Hazard pay is certainly warranted IMO.

Some hospitals in the US don’t even have masks for the nurses. Crazy!

All about money. Now they got a ATM machine going on at the store. Can’t tax food, tax the bags. What difference does it make to the environment. If you get paper which isn’t plastic you still have to pay so what’s the excuse there? Then the paper rips especially in the rain.
Now ironically they’re discouraging you from bringing in reusable cloth bags because of the Coronavirus.

Right now RNO is probably wading in 3 feet of water with his hand down some fish’s throat

Our county banned plastic bags for a lot of uses some time ago. Pissed everyone off at first but them you become used to it. People use reusable bags now or you can buy a paper bag for a nickel.

Now … if WA state were to ban woodstoves I’d have to move out of state. 🙂

@Maddog re 13:17 re Manipulated False and Misleading COMEX AU AG Prices.

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:41 on April 2, 2020

Thanks for the info, now I remember him too. @Another. Regarding the stopped global economy, hopefully financial leaders have been thinking about and planning for years, what they would do when their old 100 year old game ends.

This situation might be a good opportunity to “wheel out” a new restructured system. The old present system has too many miles on it, its worn out tired and has too many problems. Like a car with 200,000 thousand miles on it. How do you change the transmission while driving down the highway?

Another way to look at it. If you stop at a stop sign, and the motor stalls, you will likely be able to re-start it. But if you’re driving down the highway at 65 mph, and the car starts slowing down, while your pushing more on the gas pedal, and then motor shuts off? It ain’t gunna start on the side of the road.

My guess is they have a plan in place for a very long time, but saved it.

@ipsofacto re 13:11 When COMEX Blows Up You Have some very nice wine set aside for a toast that day!

You just reminded me, we have a local and very vocal minority, Environmental Protection Activist named Adrian Esposito. It must be like her religion or hobby, in fact its probably her entire life long obsession. She’s been in the local paper here for more than 20 years making trouble and getter her way, she even ran for some office one time. Thank God it didn’t happen.

Well, lately her and buddy buffoon Andrew Cuomo, he’s as dumb as a stump, she and her crony followers got Cuomo and his idiot legislature passed the banning of so called “single use” plastic bags.  Meanwhile everybody I know use them for kitchen garbage. Now we have to buy little hefty bags.

Well, after the stupid law got passed she was shown on local TV with her dim wit followers, all with big smiles how proud, how they “got it off” on everybody and TOASTING to their big win. They got the entire state to ban plastic bags, and they don’t even decompose and pollute anything.

One time our black Labrador retriever was having trouble passing her doody, and I see the tip of a plastic bag sticking out. She must ate something from the kitchen garbage. So naturally I pulled it out. Must have been a foot long. Not even slightly digested. 🙂

This Virus mess we have is bigger than Chernobyl. Bigger than smog. Bigger than exhaust fumes, bigger than Freon. I heard in Ca they wanted to ban use of burning wood in fireplaces.

Thanks captain–I wasn’t crazy about holding those calls anyway-I’ll let the 15K ride-got my stop-$4500 for 3 days work…worse things could happen to me…

Yeah it’s the nurses that do the actual care of these patients. They’re the ones standing by then while on vents or assisted breathing machines I mentioned.
A doctor was on last night saying they need help plus more high flow oxygen as I mentioned keeps them off the vents or respirators. They need them NOW and having a problem with that jerk with that too although didn’t mention names said they’re waiting but they already need to be there. He’s full and has no more as it is. That the hospitals in other states should let them use them that don’t need them right now. Although I doubt they’d give them back if they do but spare something.
Apparently Cuomo was asked before for more but instead he used their tax money for some Solar company that went bust he was probably trying to make money on.
A ER doctor died that probably wouldn’t of if he had the medicine.

Yeah Cuomo has done a poor job. I doubt if he’ll be re elected.

We heard something on the news today about nurses being offered $10,000 a week to work in NY.

Posted by goldielocks @ 13:34 on April 2, 2020

That’s interesting. Apparently the Hydroxychloroquine is doing the same by preventing the virus from getting in doing damage which sets up the scenario along with oxygen deprivation.
Meanwhile that Cuomo creep in NY is not allowing it to be given to New Yorkers now claiming it could be hoarded and people with other conditions won’t get it. That’s his answer.
I didn’t know they were law makers? Everyone is working on this but him. Especially this jerk Why do they have someone on TV like him who failed N.Y. now this. They have near 100 thousand cases now. Meanwhile instead of negotiating with drug manufacturers like Trump he’s blocking the medicine and medical and citizens are dying. But they put him on TV while he try’s to politicize it as not to be the fall guy and shows his uselessness. Sickening
Blogs are complaining turning the news off when he’s on.
