Thanks for the info, now I remember him too. @Another. Regarding the stopped global economy, hopefully financial leaders have been thinking about and planning for years, what they would do when their old 100 year old game ends.
This situation might be a good opportunity to “wheel out” a new restructured system. The old present system has too many miles on it, its worn out tired and has too many problems. Like a car with 200,000 thousand miles on it. How do you change the transmission while driving down the highway?
Another way to look at it. If you stop at a stop sign, and the motor stalls, you will likely be able to re-start it. But if you’re driving down the highway at 65 mph, and the car starts slowing down, while your pushing more on the gas pedal, and then motor shuts off? It ain’t gunna start on the side of the road.
My guess is they have a plan in place for a very long time, but saved it.
