This is really weird…..Netdania prices are spot London prices, and yes the spreads have widened, especially as less people are quoting…I think.

Yet Crimex prices are not affected, only the premium…..We have wide spreads in London, but narow ones in NY, yet NY is because of the premium, supposed to have the problem……it is the exact opposite of what should happen, if NY has the problem…..

It may all be down to no/few dealers in London and no-one will risk arbing the Diff, as they may not be able to deliver the metal into NY, as all flights may get cxlled, at the drop of a hat.

now gold is coming off tht high just as the jobs claims number came out…..THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE’RE BACK….and I almost believed they had been vanquished…

That’s not good. Sounds like it really got on that guy quickly – one week yikes.

Things got a lot more real here in Idaho yesterday, since the Governor is shutting down all non-essential businesses for a few weeks. Fortunately my company is essential because we do work for the Gov’t. and Food industries, but it does look like I’ll be working remotely for the most part.

This whole thing is nuts and very sad.

Keep in mind when telling people especially young people they can sometimes over Medicate without even knowing it sometimes. They can take something with Tylenol in it for instance Alka seltzer used to put Tylenol in cold remedies but changed to aspirin because people were taking Tylenol with it. That’s bad for people who can’t take aspirin including for kids with the flu up to 19 or under due to risk of Ryes syndrome.
Pepto bismol has aspirin and no warning. People don’t recognize its other name.

Tylenol is toxic to the liver.
Nsaids toxic to kidneys.

Anyway there are hypothetical possibilities.
Shrestha says that “some scientists in the past have argued that NSAIDs also dampen the immune response and prolong or increase risk of complications from viral pneumonia. There are some studies which suggest it might be true, but the evidence is not very strong.”

The need for more evidence with regard to using ibuprofen in conjunction with coronavirus infection is a common refrain among experts. Dr. Jeffrey Klausner, professor of medicine and public health at the University of California Los Angeles Fielding School of Public Health, says that currently, “we know very little” about how using ibuprofen may impact a patient’s experience with COVID-19.
One potential connection is that in high doses of NSAIDs can damage the kidneys. COVID-19 can also affect kidney function. “We know that the coronavirus can cause sepsis in severely infected patients and sepsis can be associated with kidney problems,” Klausner says.

But the connection between coronavirus and ibuprofen may not be direct. “Unfortunately, with so many places experiencing patients with COVID-19, almost inevitably we’re going to see some strange associations, and it’s hard to know what’s going to be real and what’s noise,” says Dr. Larry William Chang, associate professor of medicine, epidemiology and international health at the Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore.

Now I know someone who’s not only questioned the shut down his long time friends nephew about age 52 died from the virus the other day in less than a week after he got it. Said it started with a headache went to being really tired then feeling like Sh.., doctor had him come in to breathing problems quickly set in wound up on respirator. I don’t know if his friends nephew is but he is from Florida. He was previously healthy with no prior medical issues. Lived healthy, didn’t smoke didn’t drink except a glass of wine only occasionally. During the time in hospital he could only talk to his family via text or videos from nurses.
