Loading ...if you dont have anything else to disinfect ,Vinegar in spray bottle with water & essential oil like TEA TREE OIL or the like can do the job…Out of mouth wash ? warm salt water to gargle with is good ..thats what we used in WW2 .Use the internet to educate yourself about disinfecting.
Baking soda is a good tooth paste or salt ,,even soap works….in a pinch..
I use essential oils in a vaporizer ,it really warms the room while sleeping…I like Tea Tree OIL,lemongrass ,just test it first before you put it on your skin .some may burn with some people.
