Loading ...I’ll bet any amount of money, most of the people caught with guns in those bad neighborhoods were doing so to protect themselves. Remember Bernard Getz? In the subway? That would be the MAIN reason they stopped the stop and frisk. Innocent people exercising their right for self protection, in a city where that right was removed.
The criminals don’t obey rules. In fact, in high school, I think they should require the Hunter safety Course be taken. The kids would learn at a young age, if they turn to crime later in life…..
Its against the law to fire a weapon within 500 feet of any road or building.
