Loading ...If I said anything to surfers today I’d say protect your skin from skin cancer. I have what looks like a abrasion on my nose that won’t go away. Probably cancer and have to stop putting off getting seen. I watched a 100 year old sailor die from that never getting treated. Made me wonder how much longer he would of lived and was still active.
I used to wear a wide brimmed hat but not all the time plus when your out in the water. Bridge of my nose would burn. I used to think those people who put zinc on their nose looked ridiculous and were paranoid. Now seeing the same thing with the young today. They just blow it off or say they’ll never get it. Those sun burns of the past can be the skin cancer of their future.
