Low IQ thug Maxine is calling for people to ban Trump supporters like the two Restaurants. That doesn’t surprise me. They as well as other businesses probably fund these politicians or how else would Maxine still be in office. They need a steady stream of illegals to fill positions in their restaurants. Meanwhile Americans are taxed to subsidize them with welfare and free medical for their American born children so they can save a buck. That restaurant check is getting more expensive.
Someone told me last night she knows someone in construction who said they hired them and in busy season they can make 3000 a week while their marriages don’t have to be recognized so they get welfare, housing, food stamps, free medical. So they can be making over 10000 a month and still be getting welfare while citizens are struggling.
This is why some Repubs in some districts won’t vote to reform illegal immigration because of their donors. Restaurant chains, hotels, motels, housing…
Why else would some of these corrupts and or dumb as a brick politicians still be in office.

Wax Im glad they’re still using it. Wasn’t sure anymore stopped surfing awhile back. I would rather use my kind of board that needed wax than some of these newer one I’ve seen. It was kinda funny when I mentioned some of these boards on the beaches they’re renting with no wax because they didn’t seem smooth enough to maneuver and a friend said I thought the wax was used on the bottom of the board. I asked why, he said he thought it made them go faster.

A Very Strong Dollar Deflationary Month On Commodities

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 13:57 on June 25, 2018

Check this out. Very lopsided. Most commodities down. Dollar too too high. This action puts down American producers, and props up the shit hole countries that have been eating our lunch since 1975.

I assume the central planners, or foreign special interests, WANT a strong dollar. Americans, the ONLY way to fight, is simply “just say no” to IMPORTS like Nancy Reagan said about drugs.

@ipso facto re Iran bans 1,300 imports over currency weakness

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 13:20 on June 25, 2018

I took out the meaningfull highlights of the story. I think the USA economy and living standards would benefit from a US Dollar collapse.

Short term pain for long term gain. No pain no gain. The story about Iran below, is what the USA needs for prosperity. In my opinion of course.

If all countries did the same thing, all those global corporations that got away with crossing borders for their own benefit would end up pulling their pudding. Shorting global corporations might be a good idea.

Parts

protests against the plunge of its currency to record lows.

the rial’s collapse, which is disrupting business by driving up the cost of imports,

import ban on 1,339 goods that could instead be produced within the country,

Prohibited imports include home appliances, textile products, footwear and leather products, as well as furniture, healthcare products and some machinery,

pushing Tehran back toward running a “resistance economy” designed to conserve foreign exchange reserves and become as self-sufficient as possible in many products.

With Iran now aiming to close its markets to many foreign products and the government intervening to support locally owned companies,

justifying its latest clampdown on imports by citing economic security.

the ban would prevent an outflow of $10 billion of foreign currency.

Concern about the rial’s vulnerability is prompting ordinary Iranians to pour money into non-cash assets.

Tehran real estate prices have climbed and Iran’s stock market has jumped 17 percent since the end of May to a record high. Prices of gold coins have also risen sharply, local media reported.

Iran bans 1,300 imports as protesters, police clash over currency weakness

DUBAI (Reuters) – Iran is banning imports of over 1,300 products, preparing its economy to resist threatened U.S. sanctions, amid rare public protests against the plunge of its currency to record lows.

Police patrolled Tehran’s Grand Bazaar on Monday as security forces struggled to restore normality after clashes with protesters angered by the rial’s collapse, which is disrupting business by driving up the cost of imports, witnesses said.

Traders from the bazaar, whose merchants supported Iran’s 1979 Islamic revolution, told Reuters by telephone that most shops remained closed.

“Police have dispersed the protectors. We are all angry with the economic situation. We cannot continue our businesses like this. But we are not against the regime,” said a merchant in the bazaar, who asked not to be identified.

Industries and trade minister Mohammad Shariatmadari slapped the import ban on 1,339 goods that could instead be produced within the country, Iran’s Financial Tribune newspaper reported on Monday, quoting an official document.

DOW DOWN 319 POINTS, HERE WE GO AGAIN :)

Finally the Nasdaq and Russell are dropping. The next eye-wall I think is getting close. Short term pain for long term gain would be the case after the next crisis.

At the beginning of globalization, after 1971, at the beginning of importing cheaper high quality products, when we were still prosperous was great!!! Short term GAIN but long term 40 years of increasing Pain.

The Supreme Court Just Destroyed the Economy in the Hunt for Taxes

The Supreme Court in SOUTH DAKOTA v. WAYFAIR, INC, just handed down the most devastating and unconstitutional rule perhaps in American history in a 5-4 ruling that we will look back upon as the straw that broke the back of the economy. The Supreme Court has totally rejected EVERYTHING that the United States was built upon – No Taxation Without Representation. Instead of the greed of states being confined to their own citizens, the Supreme Court has ruled that if you are not a citizen of that state, the state still has jurisdiction to compel you to collect taxes as an economic slave WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO BE REPRESENTED IN THAT STATE to oppose such legislation. This is exactly what the American Revolution was all about. The English Parliament would pass legislation that compelled Colonists to pay taxes yet they were NOT represented in the English Parliament to object. This is the most fundamentally UNCONSTITUTIONAL and ant-Democratic decision EVER handed down by the Supreme Court all because of the Hunt for Money by the States
