Zimbabwe 2.0: South Africa President Proposes Land “Expropriation Without Compensation”

“We agree on the imperative to accelerate land redistribution and land reform. Where it is necessary and unavoidable this may include expropriation without compensation. The Constitution provides for legislative changes to be effected in the democratic process.” – South Africa president Jacob Zuma said on Wednesday.
