Loading ...I think u may be right about the bounce, after Fed etc…mkt is so oversold here, it shud have bounced ages ago, were it a real mkt.
Maybe the Fed will cause a turn, by being doveish, there is little to be hawkish about and the debt situation needs higher rates like a hole in its head.
Plus as R640 says, the shares are relatively v strong here. Hell GDX is UP…where is the seller I wonder ???

There is a chance we could see a bounce today after the Fed meeting. Seems it’s been that way lately.

This chart says it all – you have RSI and MACD in deeply oversold territory; the blogs are all in full regalia talking about a “bloodbath; and gold old Turd Ferguson at the TF Metals Report is tweeting 100 times a day how “CRIMINAL this takedown is!” Well, duh, of course it is because=. Incidentally, every time I take a “It-will- be-different-this-time” position, (like last week) and try to outsmart the Commercials, I usually wind up in the queue at Shoppers Drug Mart with a little red basket full of Tylenol, Prep H, and Depends so needless to say, I wound up there yesterday.
I am also buying the USLV to replace the position stopped out last week at $16.00 (sorry for not positing that). I placed an order at $12.71 and assume I am filled and will use a 10% stop at around $11.50.
Should be a lot more inneresting than the paint drying these last two days…

Gold and Oil both, bottomed into March and peaked into April, and bottoms into May? They change directions about the same time, but the oil moves look more extreme. Weird unusual “noisy” things going on lately. Danger signs in my opinion. Like hearing strange or unusual sounds while driving your car. Something might break, so get it checked out.
