I am no longer the only one (for decades now) claiming we have a communist media. Someone from a communist country finally confirmed it. I made posts about it years ago. Implying, if the USA is allies with communists China, and communist USSR, then the USA must also be partly communist, and the communists must be partially capitalist.
If you mix muddy water with clear water, what do you get? Water that’s less muddy. If you merge third world countries like MS 13 El Salvador with the USA first world country, what do you get? One second world nation? 🙂

Is there any question now that the Deep State is preparing to expel President Donald Trump from the body politic like a necrotic organ? The Golden Golem of Greatness has floundered pretty badly on the job, it’s true, but his mighty adversaries in the highly politicized federal agencies want him to fail spectacularly, and fast, and they have a lot of help from the NY Times / WashPo / CNN axis of hysteria, as well as such slippery swamp creatures as Lindsey Graham.
There are more problematic layers in this matter than in a Moldavian wedding cake. America has been functionally ungovernable for quite a while, well before Trump arrived on the scene. His predecessor managed to misdirect the nation’s attention from the cumulative dysfunction with sheer charm and supernatural placidity — NoDrama Obama. But there were a few important things he could have accomplished as chief exec, such as directing his attorney general to prosecute Wall Street crime (or fire the attorney general and replace him with someone willing to do the job). He could have broken up the giant TBTF banks. He could have aggressively sponsored legislation to overcome the Citizens United SOTUS decision (unlimited corporate money in politics) by redefining corporate “citizenship.” Stuff like that. But he let it slide, and the nation slid with him down a greasy chute of political collapse.

It might take the millennia patriots to move on Gov and Clean house with the now yuppie grandma and grandpa dregs of society. Today I heard someone on a financial channel saying part of the problem with reform is certain republicans want cut backs in what they call entitlement programs like SS and Medicare. Then practically in the same breath saying they are using funds paid into medicare to help pay for the Obama care program, just unbelievable. They have no ability to be trusted with other people’s mondy or know what they are doing. Spend their rent money now then evict them later. We need to put them on the same programs and see how fast they get it fixed. With their inability to look down the road even then they’d probably still spend it then try to raise taxes.

Mr. Copper – I actually see signs of a recession dead ahead and the only thing keeping real estate and some business expansion going is low rates. They cannot raise rates, I also believe you will start seeing lower prices in R.E. – a lot up for sale in my neighborhood. As you say, the fantasy is always much greater than the reality. Trump won’t be allowed to cut taxes, or build the wall or create jobs. They and half of the Republicrats are Communist Swamp Creatures – modern day Bolshevicks-they prefer war and death to honest growth.

I think people really went in there and inspected what was going on came to their own conclusions. Huma Abedin’s relationship with this tool Weiner and her being Hillary’s girlfriend hurt them. It was a big mistake to have married him, she paid for it. It’s one of those situations where politicians try to use each other for Mutual political gain.
I see little signs of the beginning of a new recession. Its not obvious yet, but it will soon, probably starting late summer, early fall, with falling real estate prices. If they take away the r/e tax deductions?
I see many new listings of houses popping up for sale, before early spring, and within two to three weeks, they get nervous and lower the high asking prices.
We already heard about the 7,000 retail stores ready to shut down. Many lay-offs. Plus, cutting back funds for the EPA and similar money wasting agencies will have layoffs. The ugly head of reality will reveal itself. The fantasy going on is always better than the reality.

Former New York congressman Anthony Weiner has tearfully pleaded guilty to sending obscene material to a minor.
The charge stems from sexually charged text messages he exchanged with a 15-year-old girl last year.
Weiner, 52, stepped down from his congressional seat in 2011 over a sex scandal and was again exposed during his 2013 bid for New York mayor.
He must register as a sex offender and faces a possible prison term.
Weiner’s estranged wife Huma Abedin filed for divorce from him on Friday, according to New York media.
He entered his plea earlier in the day at a Manhattan court and was released on bail, pending sentencing on 8 September.
As part of his plea agreement, federal prosecutors said they would consider a term between 21-27 months “fair and appropriate”.
Weiner cried in court as he said: “I have a sickness, but I don’t have an excuse.”
He acknowledged it was “morally wrong” and unlawful to have knowingly sent obscene messages between January and March last year to a North Carolina girl whom he knew to be 15 years old.
R640 – I can’t even begin to speculate why the stock market goes up almost every day. If it’s because they expect Trump’s policies to be implemented then I think a lot of folks are taking a huge risk because Trump will be lucky to get much if anything done IMHO.

The forex market is not in agreement what with the $ index down 770bps. Hard to see a waterfall decline in gold…yet there is no upside and lite volume–was there an op-ex yesterday? Today?

Yeah me too. The sooner the gold specs cough up their long positions and even go short then the sooner gold will run. The way the PM shares moves is a mystery. Not an original thought but at some point JPM, GS and the other gold shorts may go heavy into the mining shares to help hedge their shorts. I’d sure like to see that!
