Also agree. Gold manipulation has nothing to do with National Security. It’s about control and enslaving humanity. Fiat really has no other value. IMHO

Hi Middlecreek,

An excellent point and one I completely agree with – it is NOT a matter of National Security for the American People.

In fact, it is just the opposite – the American People would be much better off if we could return to specie money as dictated by the Constitution.

I took the comment as written to mean that “National Security” was the excuse TPTB use to justify their crimes to the dumbed down masses.  Sad to say, the vast majority of Americans are woefully lacking in knowledge of gold’s role as money.  Have you ever tried to explain fiat to the average person?  If lucky, they only roll their eyes.  Often they will become outright hostile at the mention of gold replacing the dollar, oops, Federal Reserve Note.

  1. I completely agree gold suppression is about maintaining the power of the establishment.   I disagree that it is a matter of national security as the last comment states.   In my opinion, it’s a matter of the present “powers that be” staying in power.

Speaking of sober…..the manipulation is about preserving the fractional reserve credit based currency system.  Nothing more….nothing less.

Fractional reserve banking, and it’s corollary credit based currency, is the foundation upon which all power of the establishment rests.

Gold, or more specifically higher gold prices threaten the confidence that system needs to function.

All else is just smoke and mirrors.  Jim Rickards knows this and is just plain disingenuous to suggest otherwise.

I agree, a higher gold price is a threat to national security. So the gold price is manipulated downwards. Simple as that.

Comey Cancels On Congress – Needs To Get His Story Straight, Little CYA Time With Mueller

Comeys testimony is more likely to get Comey in the Hot Seat…Its fraught with ICE obstacles just like Washingtons crossing the Potomic  …The potomic will take its toll on COMEY !

comey mueller

Among the top ranks, if not the best in DC at stalling, dragging out compliance and obstruction is the disgraced former FBI Director, James Comey. In some ways he’s even more adept at hiding behind his position, even after it’s been taken away, than Jihadi Jeh Johnson was at DHS under Hussein Obama. What’s an honest man, doing his best to serve the nation he swore an oath to, so determined to keep hidden? That’s a loaded question that presumes Comey to be honest. Only RINO John McCain and political hack Democrats would make such an obviously weak proclamation.

Even as the NSA was slow walking but still providing documents to Congress, Comey offered up only excuses and little more. Comey was supposed to appear before Congressional committees beginning this week. They were eager to ask him about the memo that was reported by the New York Times, alleging President Trump had pressured him to back off from investigating Gen Michael Flynn. There are many potential improprieties, including felonies in the actions of Comey which, under oath, could complicate what was supposed to be a simple political hit job on the President. Now that he’s stepped in it with both feet, Comey needs to rethink matters. He’s got to talk to the boss first, Special Prosecutor Mueller.

We might wonder if that wouldn’t be a potential conflict of interest, to offer advice on the content of their testimony to a potential witness and defendant in advance of the investigation even starting. It certainly does seem inappropriate, and would be if it weren’t Democrats engaging in the actions; the media would be frothing.

Comey Has To Get His Story Straight With Mueller First – Can’t Let The Truth Mess Things Up

House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) had invited Comey to testify at a hearing on Wednesday but the Congressman announced on Monday that Comey wants to talk to Mueller first. He wouldn’t want to say the wrong thing by simply telling the truth in front of the whole country. Then again, if he wanted to tell the truth, he’d be testifying in private, where he can’t hide behind the confidentiality of the information.

Chaffetz will be retiring at the end of June, a factor which could easily be used as another excuse for postponing testimony further, something along the lines of needing to give the new chairman the opportunity to conduct the hearing in the manner he deemed most appropriate. There’s the August recess coming up too – just so much to do and so little time to get nothing done.

Late Friday, the customary time for releasing information that is designed to get minimal coverage, the Senate Intelligence Committee announced that Comey had agreed to testify sometime after Memorial day. That is, of course, unless he’s given an easy out from all of this by his friend Robert Mueller.

Mueller might not want to “taint the witness pool” by having the Comey testimony on his troubling memos be in public. They’ve already served their purpose, having been used to damage the President, with no similar such considerations being offered for his or the nation’s best interest. But now that Comey’s gotten twisted up in his lies with no good excuse for various actions and failures to act which could be potential obstruction of justice felonies on his part, he’s lost his desire to showboat and his thirst for vengeance has been tempered.

The “leaks” have served their purpose. He can sit back and let others continue the cover up and attack. We’ll see if Mueller is willing to help him find a good hiding spot.

Maya, 4:09, with all due respect, you proved my point with My greatest fear with Bitcoin is the attempt to get approval for an ETF of Bitcoin.

In addition, if Winklevoss’s quietly sold all their bitcoins and then took those profits to buy Ethereum, jacking the price, Forex type games are on.

You can be guaranteed an ETF will take hold sooner or later. Derivative manipulation.

In the meantime, cudos to your windfall, for now.

Like when they hired those three stooges muslims off the streets to have access to confidential info which Im sure they were downloading and who knows who they were selling it to plus stealing equipment. Then they claim to worry about Russia.

Cryptos cannot be manipulated.

Posted by Maya @ 4:09 on May 28, 2017

To speculate such betrays one’s lack of knowledge of how they work.   They are cryptocurrencies BECAUSE they cannot be manipulated.  Study Bitcoin structure and learn…   certainly before you attempt to buy.

And you don’t need internet to trade bitcoin.  Two individuals with working computers can trade bitcoin between themselves.  So it’s just a matter of keeping a shielded computer safe and disconnected in a can to survive an EMP.   Solar electricity, anyone?  Bitcoin can be locally traded if a shop keeper is equipped with a computer and BTC wallet software.

My greatest fear with Bitcoin is the attempt to get approval for an ETF of Bitcoin.      The largest hoard of Bitcoins I have read about are owned by the Winklevoss twins.  They are wannabe Bankster Wall Street types who have applied for a BTC ETF with the backing of their hoard.  The SEC just turned them down, and I hope it never gets approved.  At that point, financial ‘paper’ manipulation enters the scene, and I would likely dump out.

SnG, EMP aside, if there are 200 crypto currencies available to be manipulated, hypothocated derivatives, how is that any different from current Forex pairs?

Silver and Gold in hand vs Cripto Currency on a thumb drive vs Dollars in the bank vs 3 x ETF investments

Posted by silverngold @ 1:34 on May 28, 2017

Lets say you have equal amounts of each……and the lights go out. Maybe from an EMP, maybe from ??????????????, but the power grids around the world are  DOWN!! Now what do you have??????????

You have Silver and Gold in hand;  you have a thumb drive with your Cripto Currency but no internet so it’s worthless; you have dollars in the bank but credit and debit cards won’t work so they’re worthless; and You have 3 x ETF’s but no working brokerage accounts and no counter party to pay you so it’s worthless.

Okay, maybe that’s a little extreme. How about they leave the power grids alone and just take down the internet, now what do you have?? The only thing you can get your hands on still is your Silver and Gold…..oh yeah, and that thumb drive in your pocket that is now again worthless.

All the Best from Silverngold

How Team Obama tried to hack the election

New revelations have surfaced that the Obama administration abused intelligence during the election by launching a massive domestic-spy campaign that included snooping on Trump officials.

The irony is mind-boggling: Targeting political opposition is long a technique of police states like Russia, which Team Obama has loudly condemned for allegedly using its own intelligence agencies to hack into our election.

The revelations, as well as testimony this week from former Obama intel officials, show the extent to which the Obama administration politicized and weaponized intelligence against Americans.

Thanks to Circa News, we now know the National Security Agency under President Barack Obama routinely violated privacy protections while snooping through foreign intercepts involving US citizens — and failed to disclose the breaches, prompting the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court a month before the election to rebuke administration officials.

The story concerns what’s known as “upstream” data collection under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, under which the NSA looks at the content of electronic communication. Upstream refers to intel scooped up about third parties: Person A sends Person B an e-mail mentioning Person C. Though Person C isn’t a party to the e-mail, his information will be scooped up and potentially used by the NSA.

Further, the number of NSA data searches about Americans mushroomed after Obama loosened rules for protecting such identities from government officials and thus the reporters they talk to.

The FISA court called it a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue” that NSA analysts — in violation of a 2011 rule change prohibiting officials from searching Americans’ information without a warrant — “had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had been previously disclosed to the Court.”

A number of those searches were made from the White House, and included private citizens working for the Trump campaign, some of whose identities were leaked to the media. The revelations earned a stern rebuke from the ACLU and from civil-liberties champion Sen. Rand Paul.

We also learned this week that Obama intelligence officials really had no good reason attaching a summary of a dossier on Trump to a highly classified Russia briefing they gave to Obama just weeks before Trump took office.

Under congressional questioning Tuesday, Obama’s CIA chief John Brennan said the dossier did not “in any way” factor into the agency’s assessment that Russia interfered in the election. Why not? Because as Obama intel czar James Clapper earlier testified, “We could not corroborate the sourcing.”

But that didn’t stop Brennan in January from attaching its contents to the official report for the president. He also included the unverified allegations in the briefing he gave Hill Democrats.

In so doing, Brennan virtually guaranteed that it would be leaked, which it promptly was.

In short, Brennan politicized raw intelligence. In fact, he politicized the entire CIA.

Langley vets say Brennan was the most politicized director in the agency’s history. Former CIA field-operations officer Gene Coyle said Brennan was “known as the greatest sycophant in the history of the CIA, and a supporter of Hillary Clinton before the election. I find it hard to put any real credence in anything that the man says.”

Coyle noted that Brennan broke with his predecessors who stayed out of elections. Several weeks before the vote, he made it very clear he was pulling for Hillary. His deputy Mike Morell even came out and publicly endorsed her in The New York Times, claiming Trump was an “unwitting agent” of Moscow.

Brennan isn’t just a Democrat. He’s a radical leftist who in 1980 — during the height of the Cold War — voted for a Communist Party candidate for president.

When Brennan rants about the dangers of strongman Vladimir Putin targeting our elections and subverting our democratic process, does he not catch at least a glimpse of his own reflection?

What he and the rest of the Obama gang did has inflicted more damage on the integrity of our electoral process than anything the Russians have done.
