goldielocks @ 14:46 Being A Grandparent Is Legal License To Get Even With Your Kids. LOL
I’m sure the thought of an electronic keyboard with a set of headphones never even crossed your mind. 🙂
Im enjoying this for some reason.
- To divert grandkid from computers and TV I find something their interested in. My four year old grandson is mechanical athletic hands on kinda kid but likes music. So I got him a piano. Not a little one but his size needing a chair. Now my daughter doesn’t need a alarm clock. Every morning they wake to the clanging of musical mix match keys of little Mozart that radiates through the house. Could of been worse and got him a drum set.
Real Estate News Is Waiting For A Crash To Happen
In my zip code, small town 20K ? people, Zillow shows 122 listings for sale, and 252 in Pre-Foreclosure. PLUS 29 Foreclosed. That’s 281 in limbo
And ONLY, ONLY 8 are foreclosed and finally bank owned ready for sale. Many people have not paid mtg and taxes 4-5 years before they leave the premises.
BANKS are delaying stonewalling taking possession etc to avoid flooding the for sale market. The Banks are in the welfare business. Humanitarian agendas.
Queue the drip sellers
cause here they come.
No way they let pm’s act bullish on Fed Minutes, besides OpEx is on it’s way.
Maya @ 14:07 Here Is My Secret To Hard Work
1.) Avoid it as long as possible. Save your aging body for the important things like fishing.
2. ) Practice the Tom Sawyer Work Ethic. Buy a case of beer and invite your friends over. Drink the beer while they ‘white wash’ the fence.
3. ) If you MUST actually have to do some work its all in the preparation. Make sure you have three times the maximum amunt you think you will need. Pain Killers, Ben Gay, 100 yds of ace bandages to wrap every joint, make advance appointments with the Chiropractor, and Massage Salon.
4.) And being a Hardened Goldbug, this should come natural. Embrace The Pain.

“And who is going to pay for that Jail!??!
MEXICO!!!”

They did offer to pay for an impeachment (maybe.)

Thanks & Welcome
Thanks to Wxman for yet MORE bitcoin charts to scare me,
…and a hearty Welcome to Captain Hook! Nice to see another old veteran around here.
Portugeezer.. Thanks, Rich. I just got lucky at the right time and place. And I’ve already ‘sold out’ on the first rise, to the tune of eight ounces. Now the ‘leftover change’ is worth more. Never had a ‘free ride’ like this before, and if it goes to zero tomorrow I will still have my eight ounces. So what you think is ‘guts’ is really ‘careless abandon’! In the immortal words of Buzz Lightyear, “To Infinity… and beyond!” 🙂
Question: anybody hear something announced on the news??
I see sudden intra day movements in the miners.
Farmboy @ 9:20
Yeah, this ‘golden years’ thing is a myth. Now that I’m working for myself I find I just traded one boss for another. I keep finding more and more ‘to do’. This new boss is the worst yet!
I’m finding that my Lumberjack muscles have atrophied. 🙁
HUH?
Looks like whatever the Fed Minutes said it wasn’t exactly USD friendly so maybe we won’t get crushed after all.
Kneejerk reaction appears to be pm bullish – go figure.
Richard
I make my own crosses that can change. Golden crosses can be confusing in a proped up market including negative divergence you can see in RSI and MACD but has had them and went against them before. Here’s one on directional only not PO. Notice too how BBs constrict prior to a move either up or down and crosses can give you a heads up if it changes.
R640
No. I don’t follow the Golden Cross and most bullish indicators fail with pm’s anyway.
I do however follow my new guru “The Farmboy”! 🙂

Anybody follow the golden cross anymore?
Golden Cross – Past Performance
Another Useless Golden Cross Signal
Before 2009, 3 out of 4 signals were good buying opportunities (the 2009 one was seen at a local top), but does this make a signal useful in a long-term bull market? Picking any 4 dates randomly between 2003 and 2009 gives us a good chance that at least 3 of them will be good or rather good buying opportunities. Consequently, there was nothing special about this particular technique until 2009.

I’d watch the “Bernie Show.” Sure to be lots of laughs … and groans! 🙂

ipso facto @ 12:03 You Have To Admit, The Dems Are Much More Entertaining,
don’t discount their comic relief on many days. Bernie should have a Late Night show all to his own. 🙂
First Majestic Announce illegal Blockade at La Encantada
TORONTO and NEW YORK, May 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FIRST MAJESTIC SILVER CORP. (NYSE:AG) (TSX:FR) (the “Company” or “First Majestic”) announces that a rogue group of union workers have halted activities and blocked the accesses at the La Encantada Silver Mine in the state of Coahuila, Mexico. The illegal blockade arose after some of the unionized individuals did not agree with the bonus that the company and the National Union of Miners, Metallurgists, Steelworkers and Similar Workers of Mexico (National Union), agreed to offer the miners in lieu of profit sharing.
Despite an agreement with the National Union, this rogue group of workers unilaterally decided to form a blockade, which has disrupted operations for all of the mine’s employees. It is currently not known how long the blockade will continue, however, First Majestic is working with the leadership of the National Union in order to resume operations and have the workers return to work.
“It is very unfortunate that this group of individuals have chosen to react in this manner instead of through dialogue and the proper channels through its union leadership,” said Dustin VanDoorselaere, COO. “We have been working very diligently with the leadership of the National Union to provide a fair solution for all union employees.”
Keith Neumeyer, President & CEO commented, “This is a minor setback in our plans for renewed investment at La Encantada focusing on underground development and brownfields exploration, which will over time result in increased throughput rates and higher head grades. As part of our 2017 capital expenditure program, La Encantada is receiving the highest level of investment of our six mines, including improvements to the camp facilities and the investment in the new roasting project.”
The company has always had a positive relationship with the National Union and continues to work to find a resolution to the conflict. Unfortunately, the conditions in Mexico are difficult with low metal prices and higher taxes and fuel costs. Unfortunately, this type of work disruption is increasingly occurring in many other mining operations throughout the country of Mexico.

Hmmm maybe we should applaud the Demos for re-electing their true Nutball candidates … 😉
Hey Ipso
I know! That was a very scary pick for someone claiming to want to drain the swamp.
Let me know how Maxine shakes out. You never know what you get with her.
These Dems don’t do themselves much of a favor by sending out people like Maxine, Pelosi and Schumer to speak on their behalf. Bunch of nutballs. 🙂
Buygold @ 11:34
Quite a puzzlement that he was even considered!
Warning Warning Senility Alert
Maxine Waters coming up on bubblevision.
