Sentiment Says the Dollar Index is About to Turn

Everybody is negative on the dollar for a variety of reasons. We all know what happens when everyone gets on one side of the boat.

Look for a turn in the dollar shortly. The sentiment is the lowest in six years. The mob is always wrong.
