Gold Up $110, GDXJ Remains Flat – Get Ready For Gold Stock Rubber Band!

The GDXJ, or the Junior Gold Miners ETF, is highly correlated to gold price. But this year, the index remains flat, when gold is up $110/oz.! What does this mean? It means gold stocks are looking to come roaring back.
