Our Megyn better hurry up, as come Nov 9 and the Donald wins, her “value” will be closer to 2 Bucks and change.

Re Dylan
Far too many, especially journo’s and the Great & Good concentrate on his early work, which drives him mad, as he is still making fantastic music, his Albums since 2001’s Love and Theft, Modern Times and Together Through Life and particularly Tempest are some of his best ever work.
Tempest has a 45 verse song about the Titanic, which rhymes every other line, has no chorus and lasts some 14 Minutes !!!!!
Plus he is still out there touring most of the year….

He hasn’t insulted them, they have insulted him.
Megyn Kelly Seeks Salary North of $20 Million in Contract Talks With Fox News
Comment: Megyn is putting up her ‘For Sale’ sign as her contract with Fox nears end. I can imagine the phone calls CNN is getting from the likes of Oprah and Whoppie, ” You (CNN) HAVE to get Megyn !”
Megyn is showing that she and her ‘ideals’ are up for sale to the highest bidder. That she can flip to the liberal feminist side, if the paycheck is big enough. Guess its just business as usual in the Media world which runs the biggest Whore House in town.
Deutsche Bank posts surprise profit and hikes legal provision; ‘working hard’ on DOJ issue
Headline on CNBC this morning.
Comment: Allow me to translate what the article says: Deutsche Bank, a major contributor to all things Hillary, is hoping that the same Dept of Justice that let her off the hook, will do the same or similar for Deutsche if she is elected president. The Deutshce/Hillary connection goes back a long way. Time to Drain The Swamp !

Coffee has been a growing cash crop in the islands after sugar cane died here. Most famous is the Kona coffee from the Big Island Kona coast. Coffee farms are in a narrow band at a favorable elevation with adequate rainfall, but the growth medium is a rather rocky, pebbly soil. Crushed lava rock on the slope of Mauna Loa. The Kona coffee from this region is rich and strong, and a touch on the acid side. Kona coffee is described as leaving a ‘bitter wine’ aftertaste.
I have long been partial to Kauai Coffee, from Kauai island at the opposite end of the island chain. Kauai is a very old island with decomposed soil, deep and rich. The Kauai Estate coffee is rich, smooth, and not bitter like Kona coffee. Those who attended the Georgia gathering with Moggy got a taste of Kauai coffee.
Back in the 80’s I remember getting a bag of coffee from a new farm on Molokai… the small rural island east of Oahu. Production was small, and they had only one small outlet store in Waikiki, selling boutique coffee to the tourist trade. In a year or two, the Navy put out a taste test for local produce. Local coffee producers were judged by Navy panels, and the Molokai coffee was declared the ‘best of the islands’. The Molokai estate was given an exclusive contract to supply coffee to the mess halls at Pearl harbor and other island sites. And that was the last I ever saw of Molokai coffee for public sale… until recently.
Apparently the production has grown enough in recent decades that Molokai coffee is now supplying the island Costco Warehouse sales with their coffee. I was overjoyed to find some on my last trip. Yes, it is as good or better than I remember. Smooth and almost sweet tasting. Better than Kauai coffee. I have finally found the Hawaiian ‘Perfect Coffee’.

That was a nice story. I saw one of my daughters on FB who showed a pic of a old fashioned washing machine and guessed it was a washing machine. It had the roller on top I remember a great Aunt on a farm using and helping her with as a young child.
You have to remember that was a nuclear family then. It was a time when ” family” was being promoted by the MSM. I’m pretty sure what they were doing was promoting children. They were building a census. The hype seemed no less than three children. Wife was to stay home have kids and be standing in the kitchen with a apron on cooking something good in their new modern kitchen and tending house. This generation most had the benefit of extended family support. They neglected one thing, that women may have wanted more than being a cook and may have wanted a career too. That they wernt as stupid or helpless as the hype was playing them. It appeared to be frowned upon except perhaps in some bigger inner cities. If they had careers prior they were expected to stop them for the most part. Was all a hype. Did not being stuck in a situation simply because you were born in it per the American way only meant for men? Yes in some countries but not in America right? In India they have cast systems. What ever cast your born in that’s where you stay. Muslims, if you marry outside also a sort of cast system they will kill you.
Then things changed for the next generation. But yet while growing up girls were not prepared for any carrear less they went out did it themselves for many because of the cast system of prior generation. Women were limited to sewing, painting, things like that if they did do anything. Women working outside the home the men were looked down on as not being able to provide for their family. Before that generation women married older men because they matured slower and it was a matter of survival. If they married young they were dangerous and had no need to grow up to get married because they already were.
After the peak of the baby boomers they became less valued as now the population had been attained. The close ties of family were no longer there for many because the prior generation was rather spoiled now. They remembered the depression and became materialistic putting distance from then and the now. The next generation started going the other way seeing that as not the only meaning of life.. Stuff.. We started having less kids for more than one reason including population. The family hype with mom staying in the kitchen with the increasing inflation that went with it was out so what did they do next? Immigration and look the other way to illegal immigration. Instead of planning to keep the quality of life they in their brain dead mentality spend it and just bring in more people for tax revenue. The descrepency between wages and inflation grew. Instead of creating jobs by lowering taxes for billionaires they raise them. They have only short term forethought that’s almost hand to mouth mentality. Next gen has even less kids than us simply because they can’t afford it and again see the over population. What’s their answer? Even more immigrafion. Insanity. Like a drunk at the wheel.
Anyways IMO the generation we grew up in was a hype perpetrated by the government and growing businesses to increase the population and like today put out by the media.we were just a commodity.

I don’t like what she’s doing either and won’t even give her air time over that rant about Trump that seemed to never end. Like she’s going to milk all the air time she can get. I somehow think it was deeper than Trump as compared to others like Clinton his pranks pale in comparison. Even deeper than party preference but abuse of power that targets women. He’s the least out of many concerning this altered ego state he called locker room talk, so seeing them try to overplay it is nauseating. That and why all of a sudden now are these women coming forward. A lot of women and even men I know say they don’t like Trump but like his standing up to corruption and we need change from status quo and don’t want Hillary.
Richard640….Agree!!
Some plain women become BEAUTIFUL because of what’s inside……and some beautiful women become UGLY for the same reason. Beauty is only skin deep but ugly goes all the way through!!
No matter how beautiful–how intelligent–Kelly embodies everything that is
unappetizing and unappealing about “modern women”– so many american women who have abdicated their femininity–they are angry and bitter…I always avoided the type…why knock my head against a wall?–they have no warmth–no ability to nurture–I never cared about looks–I always liked “sweet” women–and I don’t mean just submissive–but women who knew how to value a man for himself–how to live peacefully together–and avoid provoking “dramas” because they were angry and frustrated–I have been married to a woman from India for 28 yrs-she is a physician–and it has been paradise on earth–and the food is dee-licious–meghan kelly–YUK! Arrogant and sassy–phooey!
Hey Farmboy
Sorry for the slow response – work and all ya know…
Of course they are walking the polls back, they’ll have to when Trump wins in a landslide.
JMHO, but at least it’s all mine. 🙂
Bob Dylan ignores the nobel prize-won’t even acknowledge it–good for him.
We don’t know whether Mr. Dylan was paying attention to l’affaire Sartre that fall 52 years ago. But now that he has been awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature, he seems to be following in Sartre’s footsteps. Indeed, Mr. Dylan has done the philosopher one better: Instead of declining the prize, he has simply declined to acknowledge its existence. He hasn’t issued a statement or even returned the Swedish Academy’s phone calls. A reference to the award briefly popped up on the official Bob Dylan website and then was deleted — at his instruction or not, nobody knows. And the Swedes, who are used to a lot more gratitude from their laureates, appear to be losing their patience: One member of the Academy has called Mr. Dylan’s behavior “impolite and arrogant.”
a good sign
i was out driving quite a bit today (getting three yards of enriched topsoil for my son’s lawn). getting the dump trailer, getting the dirt, delivering it, taking the trailer back, i covered maybe a hundred miles. i saw a lot of political signs. from my (unscientific) roadside survey, trump signs outnumber hillary signs about twenty five to one. folks in the cafe where we stopped for lunch were all talking about trump.
will all this translate into a trump landslide here in north florida on 8th november? we’ll have to wait and see
remember to vote on your assigned day. nov 8th for republicans, nov 9th for democrats!

THE NEXT DANGER is MARCH 2017
