Iran Takes More Hostages: What Did The US Expect?

◦Another question raised is that while the State Department has long warned American citizens against traveling to Iran, why do some dual nationals, primarily Iranian-Americans, continue to travel to Iran for business or other reasons?
◦The Iranian government has learned that arresting dual nationals and Iranian-Americans not only can lead to the flow of billions of dollars to Iran, but also can ratchet up Iran’s political leverage against the US and Western allies.
◦President Obama is dangerously encouraging the Iranian leaders’ detaining and arresting dual nationals to extort money and play hardball.

Iran is not only detaining and arresting more Iranian-Americans, but also boasting about it and publicly asking for more money to release them.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) pointed out recently: “We should wait and see, the U.S. will offer … many billions of dollars to release” two particular Iranian-American businessman, Siamak Namazi and his father Baquer Namazi.

True It wasn’t just industrial but food. Post war people were starving. People here also starving were asked to wait a little longer to feed the rest of the world.
While industrial took off here there was a problem there with the ability to pay for it. They were devastated. Trade deals were being made to make it easier on them that never changed after they recovered that became a drain on us as time went on.
Apparently that included costs military protection.
Now some of that is reversing as we go broke over it. So where is others fairness, theirs none. They take it for granted.
50% unemployment was global due to customs.
As the industrial demand picked up plus the war machine so did the baby boom that started with propaganda.
Everything from the mid 40s on seemed to revolve around marriage and kids. They needed more workers.
New affordable homes, cars, ” FOOD” now became more plentiful and jobs made it possible. Shows for children and mom and pop family shows popped up. They were even watched over seas. Places for young people to meet especially in larger cities. Parks for kids and drive ins where young children got in for free.
Nutrition programs and adds to raise healthy children. Schools and libraries. Everything of those times appeared to revolve around the family. Industries were popping up everywhere capitalizing from it. From new gadgets, cloths and fashion, TV, home products, boxes foods, to toys and bikes. That all brought in tax revenue the gov instead of managing for the population but blowing or giving away like there was no tomorrow. Now it’s tomorrow.
I looked back from then and now and can see we were just a commodity. They may have meant better then in building but as gov workers moved into the cash rich machines their views became distorted. That as you say our purpose was to produce and support others, now gone on steroids where other countries prosperity started taking it for granted and didn’t even appreciate it, but also to build ours. Not only in the process of growing we became more dependent as well. We moved from the farms and self sufficiency to the industrial machine of dependency.
They succeeded in driving the mother out of the home, not by choice and education but by necessity. A big part of it was caused a growing gov and war machine. We got away from the basics and self sufficiency and capitalizing on it. If people got off the grid unless I’m some isolated areas they would be harassed by gov regulations forcing them on it. There’s no money in it for them. We went from growing up believing were valued to being expendable to the gov. as they can now easily import or export cheap labor in a gov hand to mouth mentality. Their solution” for themselves” not ours is to just double the population again. What’s thought of to immigrants of today will then have “their turn” as they are then replaced by a country even poorer than them. I’ve seen it happen already where even immigrants were training their replacements. It’s so stupid it’s almost funny.
If we don’t stop it now it will be too late for the children born into it.

That GIANT SUCKING sound has reached Germany ! Its a VORTEX that went around the world sucking jobs, wealth from the Industralist  people  to the Banksters ….Perot just didnt see the Global implications  !

I see Bonds being painted higher, just like Dollar, to give impression all is well for Hellary.

Same way SM not allowed to fall, or PM’s rally.

Ain’t nobody listening. The market is taking the interest rate decisions from the fed. Very soon the fed will have to follow the markets or lose control. If a Hillary win was assured, the bond market wouldn’t be falling and the stock market trading sideways to lower. The rats are leaving!

Thank you for the comeback. Well said and many good points. I think the post war prosperity (’45-’75) was not intended by TPTB. An accident or unintended consequence, because the rest of the industrial world was destroyed, technically out of business, and the USA ended up producing consumer products for ourselves and other countries.

We had a shortage of labor, 50% unemployed, (woman at home) very high minimum wage, plus unlimited over time, like Japan until 1989.

The war and post war, and importing from the USA was all paper money financed, until the 1971 gold de-peg. After that they sucked in money supply with 20% interest rates, ’71-’81, and exported industries instead of exporting our Gold at $35.

Its seems like the ONLY reason the USA is here, is for the financial welfare and benefit of globally operating corporations and eliminating poverty and more middle class consumers in foreign nations for multi-national corporations.

I was extremely happy for the USA when we finally “ran dry” for the world in 2008. That summer finally broke the back of globalization. The next 100 years will probably be better for all countries as they get more self reliant and independent.

In other words, the single engine globalized 747 blew up and is going to be re-fitted with 4 engines.

to bring out some insane poll today showing Hillary up by some 14 or 15 its–and CNN reported it-it’s absurd! No need to even try to dispute it.

Both major party candidates are creeping up in the closing weeks of the presidential campaign, according to the latest Rasmussen Reports White House Watch.

The new national telephone and online survey of Likely U.S. Voters still finds Democrat Hillary Clinton with a one-point lead over Republican Donald Trump – 45% to 44%. Libertarian Gary Johnson remains at a low of four percent (4%), and Green Party nominee Jill Stein earns just one percent (1%) of the vote.
