Its a good stratigic move I advocated here before !Vietnam has always fought with China because Vietnamese export Rice,China has always coveted Vietnams food capacity.China wont mess with them,they defeated everybody they fought with.Chinese,French,Americans…..

Now Vietnam has OIL offshore ,thats why WE were there !

The Human rightds stuff was a cover story,bullshit ….its about OIL and Rice!
