Trump is a excellent MANAGER and that means he hires GOOD people like Reagan did and then holds them accountable !Carter was a small minded meddler that wanted to micro manage everything ,no matter how smart he thought he was ,he didnt know how to Manage People .I,ve been a Manager all my Life and what people dont understand is you have to learn to think like a MANAGER ,not just for your personal gain ..Carter couldent do it ,nor Obama or Clinton ..with them “its all about ME” ….The last good Manager we had was Reagan ,he knew how to delegate and hold them accountable ,Reagan knew how to negotiate when he became head of the Screen actors GUILD and had to negotiate with Jack Warner and other Studio Heads.He once commented about Gorbachev if you think he was tough ,you never dealt with Jack Warner !
