My basket of long-term ‘hold and sit tight’ PM-related stocks includes not only Americas Silver but also First Majestic, Endeavour Silver, Silver Wheaton, Sandstorm, and Mcewen. The latter five have been in our holding basket for quite a few years now, and it is a challenge to maintain patience. No doubt others on this forum are also being tested for their patience. That was my view Dec 3rd. Lower dollar = higher Euro = higher Yen = higher Gold. Nobody remembers?? Its all simple, nothing is a coincidence. You just have to guess what the global central planners are doing with the currencies.

Naturally a distorted price will spring back on them. Oil for example got (lower dollar) too high and caused over production. The leaders are a’holes. They are floundering around trying to prop up the USA and at the same time make it as painless as possible on the other spoiled countries that depend on USA.

It sure was a bleak looking morning to turn into a gain! I think the share buyers are a more a long term crowd than the gold and silver futures buyers and they’re looking ahead a month or two.

That COT Report looked good for silver, ugly for gold BUT the shares sure aren’t saying the metals are going to tank.

until Mid MAY  ,  but the struggle between BULLS & BEARS seems to be going no where ,where typically the BEARS would have their way since we are out of Season ..this time the BULLS seem to be as much a force as the Bears in  a Mexican Standoff …haha  Maybe somebody built a wall between them..!

I do think the Bears will have their way in a FAST &FURIOUS attempt for one or 2 days  ,to be followed by the BULLS CHARGING full force against them and winning the DAY !  In my opinion this fast & Furious ” last ditch” attempt will occur by Mid MAY …!

I fully expect a scorched earth type attempt ,just like I expect Obama to pull something similar ! before h’s tossed out on his communist ass….!

I trust Sprott’s ETF’s to have what is on the tin……most others may just have paper promises etc.

FWIW, my thoughts on bit gold are few, but I do have questions.

Isn’t James Turk one of those folks who for years has said “If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it”?

Now, it’s seems to be o.k. to let him keep things tidy?

One needs to have access to electricity/phone/computer and a way to transfer value from the ether/digital world to the real one.

Will that be available in case of nuclear war, political upheaval, even severe earth changes – earthquake/snow/wind/flood etc.?

Bit gold may be o.k. for some use in the world in it’s current state, but what happens when things change?

If one has enough money to allocate some portion to bit gold, it might be worth doing, but I don’t have that kind of wealth.

No homes on several continents, no private jet  to get me to Singapore when things go belly-up.

I myself would not buy that. No volume. Only 6,700? Dollar volume $189k

I’m looking for one more dip and to buy more Sprott Juniors ETF…SGDJ, as it has @ 38 Juniors in it and I am not smart enough to find 38 good stocks…plus it will pay out the dividends annually…when they come.

But I may be left at the station.

The government of the USA shall function solely under the constitution.  The goverment shall be prohibited from ‘incorporating’ as a corporation.

Constitutional law shall apply to the federal government.  The government shall be prohibited from applying maritime or ‘admiralty’ law to US citizens within the borders of the USA.  Admiralty or maritime law shall only be used for international purposes outside the borders of the USA.

Many of the judicial abuses we see are the result of the unknown applications of the above to US citizens, without their knowledge or consent.  The present legal system is a trap for the unknowing and unwary, and is anything but constitutional.

Income tax should be specifically prohibited. (It is supposed to be now, but not enforced!)  There are other ways to finance the US government… especially if we get the parasitic bankers off our backs with an honest money system.

They have us sidelined in the desert with nowhere to go.
