Peter George fined for QP role in Barkerville and early Rubicon reports
The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia has reached a consent order with Peter Thomas George in which he has agreed to pay a fine of $15,000 and pay $20,000 towards APEGBC’s legal costs for a disciplinary proceeding concerning a technical report that he wrote as QP in August 2012 about Barkerville Gold Mines’ (TSXV: BGM) Cow Mountain deposit, and two technical reports he authored in 2011for Rubicon Minerals Corp. (TSX: RMX; NYSE: RBY) about the company’s F2 deposit.
“He’s admitted to all the charges, so we did not need to proceed to a public hearing,” Efrem Swartz, APEGBC’s director of legislation, ethics and compliance, told The Northern Miner by telephone from his office in Vancouver. “George’s license was not revoked, but he must partner with other professional geoscientists to produce mineral resource or reserve estimates.”

ARmstrong came out with the same saying the low will determine the high so the numbers 5 or 6K aren’t in yet as far as he’s concerned. He’s assuming as far as equities it’s a fake out then we move up into 2017 or we will hit or submerge below last low and move up into 2020. He’s hard to read sometimes so guessing he’s saying equities could go down into 2017 then move up. That the closing awhile back end of the year wasn’t bullish. No kidding? On that. It made a double top couldn’t breach and pie top formation. That’s just looking at it in a glance before checking rhetoric patterns.

WASHINGTON—Texas Sen. Ted Cruz didn’t disclose to election officials a pair of loans he took from Wall Street banks when he first ran for the Senate in 2012, an omission that could violate campaign rules.
Cruz, a Republican, helped pay for his 2012 election campaign in part by taking out personal loans from Citigroup Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. that were eventually worth a total of between $500,001 and $1 million, according to financial disclosure forms that he filed with the Senate. Mr. Cruz’s wife, Heidi, worked for Goldman Sachs at the time. There is no indication that his wife was involved with the loan.
Cruz disclosed those loans to Senate officials as required by congressional rules but didn’t tell federal election authorities about the loans, as required by election rules.
The omission was first reported by the New York Times on Wednesday.
