Before the current rally, gold might be down intra-day or in the after mkt session 10 or 12 bucks….then would rally nicely back to nearly unchanged….but would NOT print green…and then drift back down….now, I gotta think, gold can rally 10 or 12, pullback but NOT print red—this is what we have this a,m, Another + factor is nugt and other gold vehicles have nice gains despite the pull back in comex futures….silver continues to be a problem….and its underperformance has been predictive of a coming hit in gold…but this weakness could also be a “hook” to keep bulls who aren’t yet on board off the train and keep shorts hopeful that the rally is topping…for now, surprises should be to the upside for gold…pullbacks bought….gold now up 4.60 as I write

I am appalled  at the thought of removing him from the 10 Dollar Bill .That is a place of honor as the first Treasury Secretary .He gave us a Financial Good Start to a new Nation .He was a “Bastard” by birth and was not allowed in Christian school so it was his good Fortune to be educated by Jewish schools of his day .He used the Library of his Jewish benefactors to educate himself . He was hired to run a business while in his teens ,an import Export business and did so even while his boss was away for months at a time .In Gratitude to such a young man he was sent to Elizabeth NJ to further his education .

He then went to Law School  and finish a 3 year Coarse in 9 months .He risked his life in the Revolution and was afraid the war would be over before he could prove himself .He begged Washington to allow him to go into battle.Washington relented as he was afraid of losing his ade-de Camp ..his right hand man .There were times someone would ask Washington an opinion on something and he replied “ask Hamilton “”He knows everything” . He wrote some of Washingtons speeches .He fought along side Washington at Yorktown in the deciding Battle that ended the Revolution .Washington promoted him to General.

There is only one woman that I can think of that comes anywhere near his stature of intellect and that would be Golda Meir  .She was  Jewish and that would be a fitting compliment of Gratitude to Hamiltons Jewish Schooling .She became a Founder of a Nation as Hamilton did.She was NOT a feminist for sure ..She was born abroad as Hamilton was ,lived in America ,worked as a School teacher and went on to be a Prime Minister of Israel .

Somehow if Hamilton could be retained on the 10 Dollar Bill alongside with a Woman of Golda Meir’s stature ..that would be a compliment to both.

I am encouraged though because I saw Brian Belski was on CNBS and he said this a very normal, healthy correction and the fourth quarter was going to be great because earnings were going to be great because the US economy is going to be great so…………

Sad indeed for losing not only him at such at time but his son who died in the same manner. Earnest Hemmingway who shot himself choosing his own ending to a terminal illness said before he died, not his exact words man greatest downfall is the ego. Still it says natural born not naturalized. Some accommodation I think should be made for citizens who have children out of the country but perhaps look into their parents agenda to that country vs that of another of why they were there. It’s pretty obvious what loyalty what have you Obama was learning.
