Dollar peaked March 18th and downtrend still intact. Most other currencies bottomed on the same day. Bottom line I think TPTB put the US “recovery” on hold in late June, and it took till now to see signs of the slowing. There is always a 6-12 month time lag.
All the other countries like Europe and Japan were hurting badly and are probably starting to see better economic numbers recently, so TPTB must have rotated back to the original master plan, to rebuild the US economy.
In other words, the other countries were thrown a bone to shut the cry babies up.
