I heard some of these firemen have been going for 90 hours. That has got to be a record. I’m guessing they weren’t their Dei picks and hopefully not because of them. Where was their relief?  I’m sure there was police out there too putting in long hours protecting neighborhoods and maybe helping them. Thanks for your thoughts. If you ever have that problem in your family tell them to ask to see a infectious disease doctor so they can zero in on it. They can work together. I had to safe a finger of mine once myself but after he saw the X-rays after the doctor said it was okay  he took me away from them all together and gave me three months off with IVs.

Yes wound care training is a field in itself. I got kind of pushed into it because they thought I had the gift and good results and mentioned how gentile I was with the patients when doing wound care. They told me the average time span of a wound nurse was 5 yrs. I ask them why talking to a bunch of consults some of which would be mentors they said it’s hard on their backs. One doctor told me I was probably one of the best wound nurses in the state maybe the whole United States. I was just a learned collection of all the doctors and consultants I think. But now I can’t help my own daughter too much although did get infections disease and cultures involved except they didn’t do the flap. They could realize that good wound care is important. If you have good surgeons and the work the first one did to save the function in her hands plus her shattered leg minus who ever handled and gave him contaminated hardware that if your going to create a masterpiece you don’t want someone coming along to mess it up and could be anyone in the hospital and why you need wound nurses to recognize things as smallest detail every cell they see. She wasn’t getting that let alone should of been everyday.

That wound care stuff is hard and a lot of work. My wife had to get wound care certified, I seem to remember it was quite a bit of class work.

Well your fighting the good fight, no one can say different. I just hope your not taking a loss while waiting for confirmation and letting those aglos eat at your bottom line.

I’m just kinda in a zone right now. I’m probably going to have to take over wound care of my daughters skin graft they got infected along with her bone with contaminated hardware. You have to change and monitor that wound every day or bacteria just builds while healing  and their not. Bacteria just loves that environment especially initially where there could be even mild drainage. . They want to wait till the bones also infected  heals more before they remove the  hardware Well things don’t heal well if infected or at all and soft tissue like the graft especially. They will have to do a bone graph already when they do. They should just change it, apply antibiotic cement and use titanium which bacteria has a harder time adhering but can’t get my daughter to ask.  It’s amazing how some of these doctors can be so skilled and even protectionist not so much her Ortho but the other and the skin graft and not know that much about lost op  wound care. She went AMA for a few days last month and good she did, not normally good  but taking one look at it I could see deep tissue damage and cellulitis sent her back and wound up in surgery for a skin graft then doing that they saw the bone was infected so weren’t watching for that.  I don’t need to think too much about PMs to add to the frustrations but I think it becomes habitual. They don’t seem to be able to heal that either.

Even with a higher rates headwind, Gold is $2,670 per ounce from $1500/oz. today. If they did not raise the rates, gold would probably be $3500 today.

Can pm’s and shares perform when the SM craters?

So far, it’s an epic fail. Silver tanked immediately with the market and went back below $30, gold tanked too, trying to hold $2650 – but it won’t. The HUI is still up a paltry 3 points, but that will fail too.

We’re not there yet. Probably not even close. The algo’s are set to prevent pm’s from doing anything outside the other markets.

Looks like you got your wish, gold up everything down. Trump is being blamed over tariff worries. They should of been more worried about the amount of theft of our tax dollars. I don’t know if they should worry too much as foreign companies wanting to bring their money here eliminating all the middle men and money changing hands behind closed doors and  make them wait years with likely kickbacks expected from certain politicians first and we never see that money now out of the way. That seemed to work with big pharma.
