And what with? Who with? Anyway, it won’t be November. It takes a minimum of 18 months to clear Brussel’s paperwork for a false flag, assuming you can get all the EPA and DEI clearances though on time. Then there’s the design of the flag, with input from 27 nations, and the UK has a final veto because it’s not even in the EU!
