BREAKING: Netanyahu’s Likud has just submitted a request to extend voting hours beyond 10pm in Israel’s election, per Channel 12.
Turnout stood at 55.7% at 4pm, up 8 points on the same hour in 2022 and the highest ever recorded.
It comes as Trump allies are secretly cutting a deal to keep Netanyahu in power even if he loses the election, with Trump backing a unity government.
