Loading ...I think it’s the algo’s as well via the banks, BUT I think they’re given a blank check and freedom from rules by the Fed. So, it’s still indirectly the Fed.
The banks care about profit, they don’t care whether it comes in the form of dollars, Euro’s or anything else.
