that’s so odd to me. Why would anyone buy calls that are so far out and only 5 months out? Granted, they bought them a while ago, but they’re probably underwater now. I’m sure time has deteriorated the price. Even if gold spiked to $10K tomorrow, would they breakeven?
I can’t even imagine a scenario where gold got there outside of revaluation. Certainly, if we started to see spikes because the currency was collapsing, it would be so disorderly that the Crimex would either close or become a 100% paper exchange. Do you have any thoughts?
I kind of think it bears watching. I think there are a few things that bear watching these days. One of them is this International Conference of the Noahide laws set to take place Nov. 2nd. The first law should give everyone pause.

edit: just saw your post, yeah, nice jump there, even as the dollar flipped positive. It feels like the dollar matters less and less to these commodities. Hard to tell if we’re going to be able to survive weakness in the SM
