I suppose it could be MBS, but they would have to had received the information that Trump was going to make the war announcements almost instantaneously from someone near the president who knew the announcements were imminent. The longest time between the trade and announcement was 45 minutes. The size of the trade would also require a compliant trading house to place it that quickly. One of them happened only 14 minutes before.
No doubt it was a big player with pull. MBS would fit the bill.
Whoever it was, was highly connected or actually in the decision-making process. These could not have been random “I think he’s going to say this” type trades. They hit 5 of 5.
