Alex Valdor @ 5:46 – Lungs

Posted by Maya @ 23:24 on April 11, 2023

Michael Phelps, the Olympic swimmer, also has oversize lungs and a slim build that took him to gold medals swimming.  Dunno about my lung size, but when I took to swimming at an early age, I practiced holding my breath.  At age 12 at summer camp I upset the councilor when I didn’t surface right away in an underwater distance swim from the dock.  I went twice as far as the competition, so our cabin won the privilige of not having to wash dishes that night.  Our cabin councilor got stuck with that job, instead.

Without even trying hard, I held an 8.5 on that meter… could have done better, but why bother?

My portfolio keeps making record highs

Trying to get over being sick. You just set me back. Wow I seriously hope not. I’ve been warning the young everywhere in person and on line not to fall for it.Everyone should do the same. Tell them it’s a trap. Better tell the young they’ll use carbon to shut their phone off. That’s why they want everything electric.
They took to tech like a duck to the water since kindergarten or before and have to know the difference between on line banking and what they’re up to.
You think they’d try to pull that off on some manufactured crisis intervention scam.
Friend sent me some info from Celente on Business real estate today that’s not good.
Defaulting business loans, no new loans, no deposits, residential real estate frozen as who’s going to give up a 3 percent loan fir a 7. Lack or declining credit or real estate loans the market will not see that as positive. Which banks will the Fed choose to bail out. We can guess. I could be wrong but guessing that’s when the pivot starts.
But now you hear this coming in June did you say? I heard Biden signed off to get it started a while back. Of course he’ll sign anything they tell him.
Okay July

Who is Mark Chaikin? The guy that claims he’s let 8.4 million people

of the “secret investment that has been in the making for 50 years that will cause many people to lose everything, and will happen in 2023,” but he has one thing you have to do now to protect yourself.

If there’s really 8.4 million people that know this, how is it possibly a secret anymore?

What happened 50 years ago? We went off the gold standard. So, this is the back up plan for when they knew the fiat would collapse?

Maybe we do have all the gold, we’ve stolen it from every country in the M.E. for the last 20 years. We got Ukraines gold to, no?

Goldie – CBDC

Posted by Buygold @ 19:12 on April 11, 2023

A talking head said that the CBDC is set to be introduced IN JULY. I suspect that will create a run on the banks – even in cities like say, San Francisco? He said they will frame it of course as more stable and easy to use, it will be the new technology that drives our economy forward.

Then it hits; They decline your 7th trip to McDonalds because it’s not good for the environment, only allow you 10 gallons instead of 20 for the climate.

If the youth of this country fall for this crap, and adults and serious people don’t act to set them straight as well as the “Gov’t., who is now at war with at least half the country.” said former Congressman Sean Duffy verbatim

I never heard that term running correction but I’m wondering the same thing.
Will PMs get pulled down with the titanic at first once more or so? People would have to be delusional to think were in a recovery.
Bank earning coming up Friday I believe. I wonder what it will show but may be more pain with them ahead if people keep withdrawing understandably and borrowing slows.
Fed out to cost jobs along with Chief Wackado so seems “ anyways” it may be the reason later for a pivot to come and dollar devaluation going on along with it.

Throwing out some lures

Posted by Buygold @ 15:56 on April 11, 2023

Picked up a couple new names. PPTA, at all time high I think. FURY, Glencore, my ADR’s have all outperformed and pay good dividends. Course ADR’s are taxed but I’m hoping for growth.

Lastly, I bought some OXY for my current condition. 😳No, just looks like a cheap oil play with a PE of 5

This is unreal….Yr Dems are completely shameless.

CPI Tomorrow-pretty huge report

Posted by Buygold @ 15:31 on April 11, 2023

Apparently the e-mini futures have have an all time high short position and people were piling on today betting that the CPI comes in hot. So, there’s that. Unfortunately the shorts have been getting murdered this year, so, there’s also that. Hot should probably not be good for pm’s and everything else. Although oil is strong today.

Finally, we have the manic guru syndrome, and MGS is never a good thing. Ever. So, there’s that. 🤑

Mr. Copper, Ipso

Posted by Buygold @ 15:15 on April 11, 2023

Copper, thanks for that, I had heard it’s in the works. Does this bill only have to pass the House? That would be a blessing. It’s a bipartisan issue, if for nothing else except to have the audit.

Ipso – well you seem to have a pretty good handle on things like drill results and things. Probably why I’ve only lost on juniors. Dolly is the best I’ve ever done. 125% 😎

Three Congressmen Introduce Gold Standard Bill to Stabilize the Dollar’s Value

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:47 on April 11, 2023

Part of link:

Rep. Alex Mooney (R-WV) – joined by Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) – introduced H.R. 2435, the “Gold Standard Restoration Act,” to facilitate the repegging of the volatile Federal Reserve note to a fixed weight of gold bullion.

Upon passage of H.R. 2435, the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve are given 24 months to publicly disclose all gold holdings and gold transactions, after which time the Federal Reserve note “dollar” would be formally repegged to a fixed weight of gold at its then-market price.

Federal Reserve notes would become fully redeemable for and exchangeable with gold at the new price, with the U.S. Treasury and its gold reserves backstopping Federal Reserve Banks as guarantor.

Monetary experts have noted a return to a gold standard would substantially curtail the economic damage caused by inflation, runaway federal debt, and monetary system instability.

“A gold standard would protect against Washington’s irresponsible spending habits and the creation of money out of thin air,” said Rep. Mooney in a statement.

“Prices would be shaped by economics rather than the instincts of bureaucrats. No longer would American families, businesses, and the economy as a whole be at the mercy of the Federal Reserve and reckless Washington spenders.”

The Gold Standard Restoration Act also makes several findings as to the harm the Federal Reserve System has inflicted on everyday Americans – particularly since President Richard Nixon “temporarily suspended” gold backing of America’s monetary system in 1971.

H.R. 2435 points out: “The Federal Reserve note has lost more than 40 percent of its purchasing power since 2000, and 97 percent of its purchasing power since the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913.”

Historians have observed that the elimination of gold redeemability from the monetary system freed central bankers and federal government officials from accountability when they expand the money supply, fund government deficits though trillion-dollar bond purchases, or otherwise manipulate the economy.

Comment: Things that have to happen, happen. Its just another sign of reversal of the NWO that started in 1913.

Wedsome – having a big day today. Even still, its’ 52 week high is over $12, and it sits here at $6.25. A little overbought like everything else but cheap comparatively. Maybe not a great buy today, but I’d think on a pullback, or it could just keep going like everything else.

Aurum – thanks for your wisdom

Posted by Buygold @ 12:49 on April 11, 2023

Never even considered a running correction, seem like all we ever get is rally/crash. Not sure I’d even recognize a running correction.

This may require a whole new way of thinking about things.

BTW, picked 3K shares of FURY, up over 3%. Usually when I buy, its’ guaranteed to immediately drop at least 10%

Posted by aurum @ 11:27 on April 11, 2023

It is possible that some or most pm’s could have a running correction.  Looks that way now, and of course, if we are in a long term bull no time is bad to buy at this stage.

Still ……

Aurum, could be

Posted by Buygold @ 11:06 on April 11, 2023

The only thing that makes me think that may not be the case is that it’s still 28% below its’ 52 week high.

Most everything else in the pm sector is overbought. Take a look at AGI, that thing goes up every day and it’s been overbought for awhile.

Ipso – interesting

Posted by Buygold @ 11:01 on April 11, 2023

yeah, FURY looks good. 145 million shares outstanding, not too bad if they’ve been around awhile. Sounds like they are in a good area and might even be a takeover candidate. This is your expertise and world, so I’m always interested in your opinion.

You also posted Wedsome the other day, it’s up large on heavy volume today, looking tasty.

VALE – is another one up nicely. I did actually buy 1K shares a couple of days ago. My BHP and RIO are looking good as well.

Maybe this will be one of those rare occasions when everything commodity related owns the next decade.
