Really, I believe it. I was trying to call billing originally “ after paying them” to find out why their bill went up. To paying them first does no good. They can bring the worst out in people with their scams.
I found T-Mobile and called them and it’s less than half they were charging for WiFi 50 a month and no contract which Xfinity has long past any contract and been going up since.
I had my daughter set it up and she had no problem calling them either for questions about the set up. It works great too. I’m fact Xfinity was having problems all the time and stop working either for awhile or a recording would say they’re working on it.
This one has had no problems like that at all for weeks now.
So now how to get rid of Xfinity.
