the saddest part of his story, is that a passing joke he made about how Mann, should be in the State Penn, not Penn Uni, allowed Mann to sue him.
But Mannn lost the case and was ordered to pay Dr Balls costs…Mann never paid………It cost Dr Ball a fortune in legal fees and ruined him…….the rest of his life was a misery……
