Thanks for the macro and healthy diet reminder. It’s easier to preach than practice sometimes depending on who’s needs are more immediate.
I do differ in one respect that exercise even if passive or moderate are important.
As we get older for instance muscle can turn to fat. We’ve all seen the old guy running along the beach. Women having more body fat than muscle harder to tell. Also bones can weaken in density and look like it’s got a bunch of little holes in it. Sometimes medicine like steroids or conditions can weaken them. So even light weight bearing exercise can help prevent it but it also needs the fuel of a diet to rebuild and maintain bones and muscles. So it can work together.
