Unfortunately, it has been spot on in predicting the direction of the metals and the banksters aren’t really covering their positions, so I guess that means more pain ahead?
Surprisingly the shares have held up pretty well but they won’t if the metals continue to fall like this. Kind of a pisser while the SM is up 10% this week. I forgot that war is good for the SM.

Re the small parties….yup it is a real conundrum….this lst year or so we have had, what we call by elections, which is when a single seat comes up, due to death or resigning etc..
Both times they were Conservative seats, ie Boris’ party and we knew voters were well pissed with him and his party……. what do voters do they vote for the Lib Dems, which is like voting for Boris’ soft left garbage on steroids and these are both places where u don’t count the vote u weigh it for Conservatives…..in other words they voted for a party that would drive them nuts to live under…..but because it is one of the big 3….they get the vote…just insane.

Yield Curve Inverts, Prices In Multiple Rate-Cuts After Fed’s Waller Goes Full Hawktard
Fed Governor Christopher Waller said he decided to support a quarter-point hike because geopolitical events called for caution, even though the data were “screaming” for a half-point rise. However, Waller, speaking Friday in an interview on CNBC, said he would like to “front-load” interest-rate hikes:
“I really favor front-loading our rate hikes, that we need to do more withdrawal of accommodation now if we want to have an impact on inflation later this year and next year,” he told CNBC’s Steve Liesman during a live “Squawk Box” interview.
“So in that sense, the way to front-load it is to pull some rate hikes forward, which would imply 50 basis points at one or multiple meetings in the near future.”
In addition to the rate hikes, Waller said he thinks the Fed needs to start reducing its bond holdings soon.
