If 70 percent of black children said to be raised by single mothers and BLM wants to divide and eliminate the fathers for some ungodly reason which might be racist in itself if they’re insinuating they’re not worthy or necessary that might be why. That would be a systemic problem but from within if people in CNN want to start a waisted energy debate because they’re running out of stupid things say.

So Cramer has Covid, interesting.

Jim Cramer’s got Covid …………….. Karma?

Then you talk about it ahead of time. Like what percentage your going to tip.
I guess best for everyone to get a separate bill less someone’s buying.
One of my friends complains kids these days. Her son and daughter in law were going out once a month and expected them to pay the bill. So could be worse.

Now watch out if you have Ivermectin and people out there don’t prepare for the possibility of getting sick or taking something to prevent it.
My youngest daughter asked me if I had any “ extra” for two of her older friends who got it and one doesn’t have insurance when monoclonal antibodies came up they should take.
I told her there’s no “ extra” in the tubes. People need to prepare ahead of time but they can buy a tube off me for cost because I’ll have fo replace it. I have more but want to keep it that way. The prices keep going up.

@Alex Valdor re the good ole days

Interesting info. Re the guy that didn’t like to tip. How about the guy that takes charge of the bill, adds up what each has to pay, but gives a ridiculously high tip?

@ Maddog

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 18:37 on December 20, 2021

I myself never noticed somebody leaving early and paying for less than they consumed. A friend of mine that doesn’t like to over pay at dinner meetings, announces from the start….”I want a separate check because I’ll be drinking a lot”

Thanks Ipso

I sold everything but the GROY into the close, but still have the two-thirds riding the horse just in case.. 🙂

Mr. Copper re: the restaurant analogy

I had an engineering colleague (Scottish* BTW) who pulled that game at group lunches this time of year . He would also NOT participate in leaving a tip .

During the days you speak of , ‘Mom’ was a housewife – there to make breakfast before school ( that place we all walked to – and from ) and lunch at mid-day , not to mention the family evening meal . Meat and potato meals – with only one wage earner , not two . I lived within broadcast range (via rooftop antenna) of Detroit . I remember dealerships there advertising brand new full sized Fords , Chevy’s and Plymouths for $1500 …and no sales tax , either . Ramblers less than that , and the Nash/Austin Metropolitan around $ 1000 ?

*My family on both sides is 100% Highland Scottish , on this side of the Atlantic for over two centuries .

You end up with fat slob winners and conservative losers at the table. The Americans were the losers with open borders and globalization. All the socialist slob countries around the world were the fat slob winners. Trump told everybody here about it.

So true, so very true.

and the worst Fat Slob ( LoL ) ones are the ones who’ have to leave early’ and only put down a fraction of what their bill is !!!!!!

MMM Yummy chocolate bar! LOL Don’t underestimate the stupidity of a lot of Americans!

@Alex Valdor re JFK, To Me He Was The First “Trump” Looking Out For The USA, and Working Class, Globalization At The Dinner Table With Friends

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:14 on December 20, 2021

He was more conservative than anyone after him. The only way we could have stymied the America Last Globalists, would be if the 1960s manufactures and working class Americans, had a separate independent Media outlet to promote a “Buy American, boycott imports” agenda. Instead of the opposite one we were fed…

“We don’t want those dirty polluting factory jobs” “We don’t want or need the rust belt” “We are too good for those menial jobs” “We are going to be a high tech economy” “American consumers will get cheaper higher quality imported products”.

I knew back in the 1970s, that globalization was a huge mistake and bad for our country and bad entry level living standards. Also lower profits and or bankruptcy for domestic producers that had unfair competition from other nations. Low profits and low wages is net lower taxes coming in. And here we are with a $28 Trillion credit card bill and a virus epidemic. Well, we ain’t going to pay the tab. The Bankers or Fed are doing a “Rain Dance” and somebody’s gunna lose.

Globalization? Did you ever go to dinner with five or six couples? And you and your wife are NOT big eaters. You ordered a chicken parm dinner each. Then the other slobs that want to get make sure they get their money’s worth at bill or check time, are ordering side dishes, appetizers, salads mixed drinks and bottles of wine.  Then they order a bunch of fancy deserts. And the bill gets split evenly.

You end up with fat slob winners and conservative losers at the table. The Americans were the losers with open borders and globalization. All the socialist slob countries around the world were the fat slob winners. Trump told everybody here about it.

Amen ! I would only hope instead of leaving the DNC that he could lead a reform back to the sanity of representing the working class (ala JFK’s anti-CIA era) , not the extreme left and big gov’t crazies .

This is scientific evidence from Pfizer’s own reports showing how dangerous these jabs are to humans… and in no way are they “safe and effective” as is being touted by most governments around the world….And now they are in the process of approving these jabs for 5-11 year old’s. Please watch, wake up, pass this on, and help save some lives!

Put a full third back in AG, BTG, GOLD and hit GROY again, flipped it last week.

These shares look good to me right now, especially in such a weak SM.

I see a switch to the Republican Party sometime next year.

Dollar and bonds helping us, in a free market we should get a bounce here, unless we get the one hour beatdown. 🙂

Just gotta say it: God Bless Joe Manchin
