I am on Day 10 now for what it’s worth. Unfortunately it’s one of those things where you just have to take it easy and if you don’t, you’ll get set back a day or two. I’ve overdone it a couple of days and ended up with fevers and aches because I did too much. I might have been able to get away with that in my younger years, but no longer.

Have to figure out a way to get back to work, the family depends on me for income, insurance, etc. Didn’t used to be that way but Obama Care changed everything.
Hoping you guys can get our gold up to $3K in the next year or so.:)
