I don’t know what to think about it. Exercise which generally lessens in retirement and gravity does help but not enough for all. If it works for you snd you feel better so be it. Seems like theirs safer ways though. Maybe macrobiotic guru Richard knows something.
There could be things going on that your not aware of that could make all this salt dangerous like a aneurism that isn’t detected and bringing your BP up could be dangerous. If you eliminated the salt you could get fluid overload very dangerous but on the other end sodium overload.
In children I found most if not all react quickly to chocolate that appears to irritate the colon but in a fun way of just handing them a Hershey’s candy bar, chocolate cake or pudding but safer less contra indicated as in diabetes.
But we’re talking about this and did a quick took up.

It may be recommended that those with high blood pressure, digestive issues, kidney or heart disease, or other serious medical conditions should avoid saline flushes and colon cleanses.
