WHY AFTER 70 YEARS,
I DON’T BELONG ON
FACEBOOK
Should I Really Join Facebook?
(Priceless)

Read it all the way through!
It’s a good laugh AND really quite true!!
A good laugh for people in the over-70 group!

When I bought my Blackberry, I thought about the 30-year business I ran with 1800 employees, all without a cell phone that plays music, takes videos, pictures and communicates with Facebook and Twitter.

I signed up, under duress, for Twitter and Facebook, so my seven kids, their spouses, my 13 grand kids and 2 great- grand-kids could communicate with me in the modern way. I figured I could handle something as simple as Twitter with only 140 characters of space.

My phone was beeping every three minutes with the details of everything except the bowel movements of the entire next generation

I am not ready to live like this.. I keep my cell phone in the garage in my golf bag.

The kids bought me a GPS for my last birthday because they say I get lost every now and then going over to the grocery store or library. I keep that in a box under my tool bench with the Bluetooth [it’s red] phone I am supposed to use when I drive. I wore it once and was standing in line at Barnes and Noble talking to my wife and everyone in the nearest 50 yards was glaring at me. I had to take my hearing aid out to use it, and I got a little loud.

I mean, the GPS looked pretty smart on my dashboard, but the lady inside that gadget was the most annoying, rudest person I had run into in a long time. Every 10 minutes, she would sarcastically say, “Re-calc-u-lating.” You would think that she could be nicer It was like she could barely tolerate me. She would let go with a deep sigh and then tell me to make a U-turn at the next light. Then, if I made a right turn instead. Well, it was not a good relationship…
When I get really lost now, I call my wife and tell her the name of the cross streets and, while she is starting to develop the same tone as Gypsy, the GPS lady, at least she loves me.

To be perfectly frank, I am still trying to learn how to use the cordless phones in our house. We have had them for 4 years, but I still haven’t figured out how I lose three phones all at once and have to run around digging under chair cushions, checking bathrooms, and the dirty laundry baskets when the phone rings.

The world is just getting too complex for me.

They even mess me up every time I go to the grocery store.

You would think they could settle on something themselves, but this sudden “Paper or Plastic?” Every time I check out, just knocks me for a loop. I bought some of those cloth reusable bags to avoid looking confused, but I never remember to take them with me

Now I toss it back to them.

When they ask me, “Paper or plastic?” I just say, “Doesn’t matter to me. I am bi-sacksual.” Then it’s their turn to stare at me with a blank look.

I was recently asked if I tweet. I answered, No, but I do fart a lot.”

P.S. I know some of you are not over 70. I sent it to you to allow you to forward it to those who are. I figured your sense of humour could handle it….

We senior citizens don’t need any more gadgets. The TV remote and the garage door remote are about all we can handle.yup

is NOT going to overturn ROE V WADE on a womens right to CHOOSE,…to have an abortion what she is going to do is get rid of the legal term “RIGHT”  which means if the women cant afford to pay for an abortion the Government has to pay. SHE has the right to do what she wants with her own body ,thats Established LAW and it has been tested under several administrations .Its not going away..

She does not have the legal “RIGHT ” to an abortion because “RIGHT” is a legal term under Constitutional law,and if she dosent have the means to pay for it the STATE has to pay for it.but she cant be denied the right to choose. The abortion clinics will be denied TAXPAYER money because it violates religious rights of those that dont believe in it .The Constitution says Congress shall make NO law about Religion …

Its the difference between right and “RIGHT” …SHE has NO “RIGHT” in the Constitution. She has the right to choose. The public does not understand the difference ..In the end it means NO TAXPAYER money for that purpose..It does not overturn ROE v WADE .

As far as today goes … when the majors stumble the juniors fall out the window.

I’m not sure what the cessation of chemtrails has to do with 5G but I’ll check out your link.

Cheers

PS I don’t think 5G has been proven safe. I think Switzerland has postponed any roll out for that reason.

ipso facto @ 12:55. IMO it is all tied to 5G radiation and installation which is taking place world wide during this Covid lockdown of society

Posted by silverngold @ 14:01 on October 7, 2020

Here is a rabbit hole of websites to go down on the up to 100,000 proposed 5G satellites that are currently in process of being launched for the implementation of this great (AI) reset. How it all ties together I don’t know but I believe it does. I’m convinced that what is being called a Covid-19 virus is actually the effects of 5G radiation as they try to turn it on in certain areas and find what frequencies can be used successfully for their AI control purposes. I also believe that the Covid-19 “vaccine” is to implant the beginnings of AI control particles (chips) into the entire world human I population so they can achieve complete control of humanity. I am still hopeful that people begin to wake up before it’s too late!

Turkey’s lira hits an all-time low – again

PS

“Meanwhile, Turkey paid a premium as it sold $2.5 billion of debt to international investors on Tuesday, it’s first foray into global markets since February. The bonds priced at 6.4%, compared with 4.25% for similar-maturity notes issued in February.”

Who would buy Turkish debt? Not me!

It Begins: COVID Passport Trials On United Airlines In UK

The pressure to comply with COVID mandates and fraudulent science will come primarily through non-government operations, like airlines and other modes transportation. If you don’t take and pass the COVID test, you don’t travel.

The sheer mental disconnect of this program will require a traveler to be tested again and again, for sickness could strike at any time after a successful test. If a test is negative, then you are grounded wherever you happen to be at the time. ⁃ Technocracy News & Trends Editor Patrick Wood

The weather in the PNW …. These are my impressions and I could be full of shit.

Posted by ipso facto @ 12:55 on October 7, 2020

Lately here in the Pacific Northwest when it’s not raining or foggy or overcast or smokey we’ve had some beautiful blue skies. Skies bluer than I’ve seen in years ……. and NO CHEMTRAILS!

This brings up a couple of questions.

Why have they stopped spraying chemtrails in the air?

Does it have something to do with the massive western wild fires?

Then I ran across this:

Chemtrails: The Root Cause Of The California Wildfires

I wouldn’t mind seeing more beautiful blue skies.

President Trump Announces Intent to Appoint Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton to District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued the following statement in response to President Trump’s announcement last Friday of his intention to appoint him to a five-year term as a member of the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure:
Thank you, President Trump, for moving to appoint me to the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure. I am honored and humbled by your confidence. This important new responsibility will be in addition to my duties as Judicial Watch President. I look forward to working with my fellow commissioners to ‘maintain public confidence in an independent, impartial, fair, and qualified judiciary, and to enforce the high standards of conduct judges must adhere to both on and off the bench.’ Our nation’s capital should endeavor to have the best court system in the country.
The District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure is an independent agency established by Congress to review complaints of misconduct against judges of the District of Columbia Courts. The commission’s authority includes reappointment evaluations (sent to the president) of associate judges and performance and fitness reviews of senior judges. The commission has “the authority to remove a judge for willful misconduct in office, for willful and persistent failure to perform judicial duties, and for conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, or which brings the judicial office into disrepute. The Commission also has the authority to retire a judge involuntarily if the Commission determines that the judge suffers from a mental or physical disability which is or is likely to become permanent and which prevents, or seriously interferes with, the proper performance of duties. In addition, the Commission may, under appropriate circumstances, censure or reprimand a judge publicly.”

‘Rewriting the code of life’: Chemistry Nobel Prize awarded to 2 women for CRISPR ‘genetic scissors’ breakthrough

Posted by ipso facto @ 9:52 on October 7, 2020

The Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been awarded to two women for their development of the CRISPR/Cas9 genetic scissors, which has revolutionized modern science. They are the sixth and seventh women to win the prize for chemistry.
Following the announcement of the Nobel prizes for medicine and physics earlier this week, American Jennifer Doudna, 56, and Emmanuelle Charpentier, 52, from France were awarded the $1.1 million prize.

“This technology has had a revolutionary impact on the life sciences, is contributing to new cancer therapies and may make the dream of curing inherited diseases come true,” the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said in a statement.

The pair join scientific luminaries such as Marie Curie, who won in 1911, and more recently, Frances Arnold, in 2018.

CRISPR is now synonymous with gene editing the world over and has led to major breakthroughs across numerous fields, most notably cancer research.
