Skeena Signs Definitive Agreement on Eskay Creek

Vancouver, BC (August 4, 2020) Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE, OTCQX: SKREF) (“Skeena” or the “Company”) has signed the Definitive Agreement with Barrick Gold Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Barrick Gold Inc. (“Barrick”), pursuant to which Skeena will acquire 100% of the Eskay Creek gold-silver project (“Eskay Creek” or the “Project”) located in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia, Canada. As a result of this transaction, Barrick will become a significant shareholder in Skeena.
Skeena’s CEO, Walter Coles Jr. commented, “We were encouraged by the positive market reaction to the announcement of the binding term sheet in respect to the Eskay Creek transaction with Barrick and are delighted to now announce the signing of the Definitive Agreement. On closing, Skeena will gain 100% ownership and operatorship of Eskay Creek, which we hope to revitalize as an open-pit gold-silver mine. Skeena is honoured to have Barrick as an important shareholder in the Company going forward.”
The Definitive Agreement formalizes the terms agreed to in the binding term sheet dated July 5, 2020 in which Skeena and Barrick agreed to amend the terms of the original option agreement. For further details on the transaction, please refer to the Company’s press release dated July 6, 2020.
Closing of the transaction is expected to follow within the fourth quarter of 2020, subject to customary conditions, including certain government approvals and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange
Hyperbaric Oxygen and Covid
IMO The most logical treatment for Covid is hyperbaric oxygen. You can take a person with O2 sat in the 50’s, blue, gasping for breath and put him in a hyperbaric chamber and run it up to 2 atm with 100% O2 and as soon as it gets up to pressure they get immediate relief. O2 sat goes to upper 90’s, they are alert and can think. Keep them in there for 90 minutes and remove. Effects last for 4 hours. Give them 6 to 8 treatments and they are fine. You don’t get the lung damage that you get with being put on a vent (which is almost a death sentence). $5 worth of oxygen.  Hydroxychloroquine, zinc, & azithromycin also works if you catch it early on. The steroid inhalant works as well.  This covid mess is just one big psy-op.

Re the overdoes….yup they were useing between 4 and 6 times the recommended dosage and not useing any Zinc or Anti Biotics….couldn’t be more obvious what they were upto.
As far as I am concerned HCQ is the key to this being a very nasty operation, as the wilful ignoring of a cheap cure screams another agenda.

The White House coronavirus task force member charged with coordinating the U.S. testing effort said Sunday that the nation needs to “move on” from the debate over hydroxychloroquine, a drug President Donald Trump has promoted as a COVID-19 treatment even though there is no clear evidence it is effective.Â
Adm. Brett Giroir, assistant secretary of health and human services, said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” that “from a public health standpoint, at first, hydroxychloroquine looked very promising” but at “this point in time, there’s been five randomized control, placebo-controlled trials that do not show any benefit to hydroxychloroquine.”Â
“So, at this point in time, we don’t recommend that as a treatment. There’s no evidence to show that it is,” Giroir said.Â
“Many doctors think it is extremely successful – the hydroxychloroquine – coupled with the zinc and perhaps the azithromycin. But many doctors think it’s extremely good, and some people don’t,” Trump said at a White House news briefing when asked about sharing the video.
“I think it’s become very political.”Â
Giroir said Sunday that “we need to move on from” the debate about hydroxychloroquine “and talk about what is effective.” He said the use of the drug remdesivir and steroids have reduced mortality by 30% and reminded people of the effectiveness of preventive measures such as masks and hand-washing. He also said there was promising evidence that blood plasma from recovered COVID-19 patients was effective and that a vaccine is “really on the horizon.”Â
“We know that if you get COVID now, your chances of dying are incredibly less than they were in April because our health care providers know how to treat it better,” Giroir said. But “hydroxychloroquine, I can’t recommend that.”Â
“I think most physicians and prescribers are evidence-based and they’re not influenced by whatever is on Twitter or anything else,” Giroir said. “And the evidence just doesn’t show that hydroxychloroquine is effective right now.”Â

It’s everywhere right now. Friend of mines daughter moved to Oakland full of gangbangers but some parts of it are raising rent really high making these computer job type cities. The criminals go there from the bad areas to rob them. Her daughter was robbed at gun point recently. Took her purse wallet phone and keys. She had to change locks and get that all back on top of ID theft protection and the trauma of being robbed by gunpoint.
Now because of high rent there moving here and rents going up due to supply demand too.
Last time it happened here is when they were coming from LA for the same reason.
They eventually mostly left or went to jail. This city is big and will absorb them and cops not afraid to arrest and despite gun laws most are armed.They won’t not say anything like in these areas they won’t talk. They don’t want them here and won’t hide them.
So there mayors and city councils who think their safe from what they unleashed on others living in high income areas better think again because they generally don’t rob from their own areas although you can’t leave anything outside they’ll go to theirs.

As events unfold I have witnessed a growing opinion being batted around that something sinister is happening beneath the surface. This includes the feeling we are no longer in control of our fate.
