Dear Mr. Chairman,
I am writing about the enclosed January 2018 letter from Linda Y.H. Cheng, Vice President, Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary, Pacific Gas and Electric Corporation (NYSE: PCG). I am a PG&E stockholder.
I dispute the legality of PG&E penalizing me due to corporate mismanagement by CEO Geisha Williams and former CEO Anthony F. Earley, Jr., regarding the deadly 2010 San Bruno pipeline explosion, the 2013 sniper attack on PG&E’s Metcalf Transmission Substation near San Jose, recent Northern California wildfires and a host of other chronic management errors. As a minority stockholder, I should not be forced to pay for errors by failed CEOs, like Williams and Earley. PG&E stock price, at this writing less than $40 per share, has fallen nearly 50 percent in the past twelve months. Williams has ruined the value of PG&E stock, damaged the corporation’s image and should immediately resign. If she continues to rob investors, I urge you to remove her as CEO.
Further, Williams is donating thousands of corporation dollars, which could be used to pay stockholder dividends, to charities while she denies me a return on my investment. I trusted and invested in PG&E for growth and dividend income for retirement and I am being cheated out of dividends by Williams. It is a violation of my First Amendment rights for Williams to use my investment and dividend dollars to support questionable “charities” in my name without my consent. It is, further, a violation of my stockholder rights for Williams to deny me a return on my investment while she personally profits from donations to causes I do not support. Williams should donate her own money to charity, like I do, and pay me a return on my stock purchases.
My longtime partner, former wife and corporate governance activist, Evelyn Y. “Queen of the Corporate Jungle” Davis, fought corporate political donations disguised as charitable donations and other illegal corporate non-compliance with S.E.C. regulations for decades. PG&E’s illegal practices ruin stock value, and harm stockholders, who could have profitably invested in trustworthy corporations rather than corporate cheats like Williams.
California’s largest utility suffered its steepest stock plunge in 16 years Wednesday as concerns grew that potential liability costs from destructive wildfires threaten the company’s financial future.
Shares in PG&E Corp.(PCG) fell nearly 22% and its bonds were also hammered, capping five straight days of losses that have dragged shares down more than 47%, its worst such stretch on record.
The free fall began after the company reported to state regulators that one of its transmission lines had malfunctioned before the start of a massive fire in Northern California. The fire has now destroyed more than 7,600 single-family homes and killed at least 48 people.
The San Francisco-based company reported in a securities filing Tuesday night that it had exhausted its revolving lines of credit and warned that its $1.4 billion of insurance coverage for wildfires occurring between Aug. 1 and July 31, 2019, may be insufficient to cover all potential liability claims against the company.
Geisha Williams, PG&E’s(PCG) chief executive, said in an interview that it was premature to speculate about whether the company would need to seek bankruptcy protection. She said the company tapped its credit lines to create more financial flexibility.
“The cause of the fire has not been determined, so it’s not clear if we’re going to be held responsible,” Ms. Williams said, adding that it is currently focused on assisting communities and first responders.

Hi everyone. My son and I made it out of the fire in Paradise with only the clothes on our backs, our two Yorkies, and our cat. They never even told us to evacuate, and I was glued to the emergency broadcast the whole time (when I wasn’t outside putting out spot fires)–they just kept playing the same message that certain zones were mandatory evacuation, and all the rest should wait for further updates, which never came. Many people, especially older folks, were waiting in their homes for the order that never came. Our power was cut off, phones were out. It looked like Armageddon with the blackest sky I have ever witnessed.
My son and family and I plan to start over and rebuild, although that is daunting at my age. I lost all my rare figs and fig farm, that we had just moved to this year!

Yes you mentioned that before. On oil 145 might be good for oil and investors but people were starving world wide. They could get away with it for awhile during the housing boom but only for a little while and people took notice.
I remember the prices of food going up even here and saw one of those big candy bars selling for 10 dollars. In thinking one I’m glad I can make them two people aren’t gonna put up with these prices and they didn’t. There were rebellions everywhere world wide.

so what else could the sell off be but official intervention–looks like an attempt to support stocks is occuring simultaneously–the situation is dire because these suppress and support efforts have been failing
but the shares look great right now with the SM down, and the weaker the SM gets, the better they look.
Maybe new money is starting to move into the cheapest, worst performing sector in SM history.
Holding our own with the USD pretty strong, but maybe most impressive is that we are trading inverse the SM.
When I woke up this am the DOW was poised to open up +100, now it looks to open down 100.

In October, German police arrested six men on suspicion of belonging to a far-right terrorist group that had attacked foreigners in the city of Chemnitz. This time that terror ring had devised a conspiracy to sow chaos throughout the entire country and put an end to democracy.
According to the British Sun, Germany’s Focus magazine has reported that some 200 far-right special operations forces (KSK) soldiers and vets had conspired to kill Green Party leader Claudia Roth, Germany’s Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, and former President Joachim Gauck, as well as the leaders of asylum groups.
The plot was uncovered by German criminal police .
The investigation found that far-right groups had tried to establish neo-Nazi cells within the German armed forces. A lieutenant colonel from military intelligence tried to obstruct the investigation and warned the plotters. This was surprising. Usually very serious vetting procedures are conducted before anyone can become a German serviceman, especially a commissioned officer. Far-right elements have normally been barred from military service, even back in the days of conscription. Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, defense spokeswoman for the Free Democratic Party (FDP), has demanded that the military conduct their own investigation.
Their final goal was to unleash Day-X, thus ending any semblance of law and order in the country. The plotters regarded this as an imminent development. Weapons, ammunition, and fuel had been secretly stockpiled. Training camps had been established near the Austrian and Swiss borders.
