That giant blue stripe is one of the strongest/largest frontal systems I have seen sweep across Hawaii in recent history. We went from warm & very humid conditions generating pop-up thundershowers to a sudden cold and dry snap as the front passed. Low level winds bringing cold and dry air in now today. My arthritic neck bones are aching. Sad for the California wildfires.

She may suspect something is up with the bungy cord. It is 90 feet from the elevated floor to the floor the derrick hand uses to trip pipe. there is a wire attached with a trapeze running away from the rig to the ground in case of a blowout while tripping pipe. If we could just convince her to ride down the “geronimo line” with the brake disabled, problem solved.
