Dalradian Resources Stock Surges On C$537 Mln Deal To Be Bought By Orion Mine

Shares of Dalradian Resources Inc. (DNA.TO) (DALR.L) were gaining around 52 percent in the morning trading in London after the company agreed to be bought by Orion Mine Finance in approximately C$537 million deal.

Under the deal terms, each Dalradian shareholder will receive cash consideration of C$1.47 for each Dalradian Share held.

Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, the Dalradian Shares held by certain members of the Dalradian senior management team, Sean Roosen and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd, will not be acquired by Orion. Collectively, Orion and the Remaining Shareholders currently hold 72,695,911 Dalradian Shares or 20.4% of the issued and outstanding Dalradian Shares. Each of them have agreed to continue to hold Dalradian Shares and also to vote in favor of the deal.

I’m telling her she can’t to RR please get some rest and eat right. One thing after another with her too. She gets him better than they do something and it’s starts again.
I’m looking cut this week the only thing happened to me was missing lunch. I dropped off some Arby’s sandwiches although trying to cut down on meat got turkey and avocado for myself, gave my daughter theirs her after work while I was heading to work and thought Arbys forgot my sandwich but too late to check. Next day I get from my daughter she didn’t like the one she ordered but the other one she gave me with the avacado was really good. Gir

I didnt tell most of the story yet,I went to Hospital shortly after Dr gave me atorvastatin with severe rapid fire hiccups that always ended with me gasping for breath with spasims closing my vocal cords making me make a strange sound as I gasped for breath.The Hospital did all sorts of tests xrays ,blood work ,cat scans,gave me perscriptions for amoxicillian to deal with sore throat contributing factors…Yet I never had fever…went home and tried all sort of home remedys ..one that helped was Manuka honey sipped with Green tea….,then drink ice cold water to stop the spasims ..they all worked for about an hour eash one of them…afeter1 week I decided I had to go back to hospital and did ..they did a second round of tests and prescribed Thorazine a pschiatric drug known to stop persistant hiccups…..They did give some relief
but are dangerous until I had enough of that crap and called the throat Specialist as described in an earlier post …He was told all this and suspected something more ..thankfully…….Dont stop pressing them until you get results from a DR that thinks about YOU and not his needs ….Some will keep you on drugs forever without finding root cause..Dont let that happen…Iv had three great Drs in my 80 years..but then Iv had TWO that were drug pushers ….My rule of thumb is Does he think about what brings him more money or does he put the Patient ahead of his own finances ….something to think about….
If I wasent on medicare with AARP plan F suppliment the bill would have been in tens of thousands….

I argued about free trade and experienced these costs by sending some CDs to Canada. I couldn’t believe all the paperwork. I just put no value and a note inside to save them on their side from or cost my thinking up Here’s your CDs you forgot cuz I knew they were gonna open it. It cost over 20 extra on my side even putting no value.
Thing is if it’s free then what of places like China or elsewhere making cheaper things and hurting local businesses. There has to be some common sense economics here. Perhaps free trade would make things worse?

personally am against trade war but for none of the reasons publicly stated. There are few industries that should be protected and that is arms-manufacturer and agriculture. Why? Because we need to defend ourselves and we need to be able to eat. The reason the Irish hated the English was that they imposed huge tariffs on agriculture to protect English farmers and when there was the potato famine, the tariffs resulted in the Irish staving to death. However, nobody should starve to death if there is a crop failure.

Get yourself a good quality CoQ10 supplement. Look at the side effects they are devastating. I looked for hiccups and on one it was there too for people over 60 the rate goes up. Looking at medicines is one of the searches for causation. If you take them make sure you take the supplement. A nurse here who started taking Q10 noticed a big difference. Thank you very much for the posting on atorvastatin. I have been taking it for some time. It was prescribed by the VA in conjunction with some blood pressure meds. I am the textbook case for side effects. I quit taking it today and hopefully will begin to recuperate soon.

I’m glad you got the the ENT but not quite sure what you were saying. Your doctor put you on a Statin drug you didn’t need and didn’t accociate it to these hiccups either? Statins are dangerous. I really encourage people to look up side effects and consider risk reward.
You SHOULD ALSO of been taking CoQ10 with a stain. It depletes CoQ10 and will result in muscle damage and other things all not good not to mention again your hearts a muscle. Check side effect but won’t tell you cause just muscle damage. The manufactures know it too. It will kill you. I’m surprised you didn’t also have muscle issues and fatigue. It can also cause memory issues. Looks like those annoying hiccups saved you from something far worse.

True enough … if the PMs were priced without the rig then SA would be in much better shape … for a while anyways. I think Maggie Thatcher was right on what she said about socialism that it works great until you run out of other people’s money. In the case of SA and mining those in charge seem to want to hasten the process.

Iv had severe hiccups for 4 weeks accompanied by strong muscle spasms in the throat..that were about to drive me to drink !I receintly went to a ear,Nose Throad specialist….He looked at what my primary care physician had me on and then did a quick examine of my throat ..He then handed me a PRESCRIPTION that had a short sentence on it…STOP taking that atorvastatin immediately !I was dumb founded..I said thats it ?
he said I cant find anything wrong with you.Its been 6 days now without hiccups and severe muscle spasims in my throat…He also said Im going to call him..HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE PUT YOU ON THAT DRUG,He should have known better..These spasims were killing me ,,gasping for breath between spasims …This is from a drug frequently prescribed for chlorestorol ..which I was slightly higher than norm,which I later found was actually beneficial to me at my age 80..My first inclination was to go to see him and “take him out”..then I calmed down and decided wait and see what develops.It was unbeliveable what that drug did to me..
I post this hoping that no one her ever goes through what I did .

No argument there. They can do what they want never have to settle. The buyers of gold can get naked shorted so why bother. There’s few of them compared to the rest of the equity buyers until there’s a catalyst for the rest to have at least a portion of their portfolio in the PMs.

Until they get their act together , and the world’s do-gooders can provide safe passage for the displaced , uncompensated white farmers.
