In effect , creating a ‘clean room ‘ atmosphere within . For those concerned about chemtrails , fallout , etc. it might also be a good idea – and relatively inexpensive . Just place the inlet to the HEPA filter where it will draw air from outside through the filter , and create a slight overpressure inside so that windows , doors , etc. become outflow elements .
