Not sure about those farms and mortgages, as most of the farms are old and probably mortgage free….but it is the principle. Mugabe did the same and look at what a mess that was. Rhodesia was once the bread basket/market garden of Africa, while the white farmers ran it….once Mugabe took over it became a basket case. SA will be the same.
